Well, I feel trolled!
I just bought the Anarchy for G2F and installed it. However, when I dug through the FBMs, Keiko and Monique were nowhere to be found... :long:
Though, I DID find this in the ReadMe's:
http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/20864/start - Anime Girl Accessories for Genesis 2 Female(s)
"Don't believe everything you read?" and "you know what happens when we ASSUME?", etc. I can understand how you feel trolled, but a lot of times PA's write up their product descriptions "fully", but don't include things for unreleased characters until after they are released. That's not saying anything about the two you mention, whether they exist or not. Just a general statement. You might also see placeholders for things that never got released, or won't be for a very long time. You never know. I find it best not to speculate, personally. I made something for DAZ once that didn't get released for 10 months after the fact. Just saying. It's entertaining watching some of the guesses in the forum, but at some point it stops being amusing, when it gets to the point of actively seeking things to "share". It's like when Cindy Brady spied on her brothers and sisters so she could tattle on them. I'm only being cheeky, don't take this as a negative. You are obviously just enjoying a DAZ scavenger hunt of sorts :)
Looks like with any update of these thread the related content from the links above will be modified and any information about Keiko or Monique will be deleted. I think I make screenshots next time from all the strange activities at DAZ and post them in a external blog. Then they can delete and remove anything. (I start directly with a screenie of my own post). :)
Why would that particular information which is just speculation and freedom of speech be deleted? Jusk asking.....

Nobody knows why. It can only boost sales. It is sad reality though.
Just for reference.... Freedom of speech only applies to government not retaliating against you for saying something publicly. Doesn't apply to a private company's website... companies are free to remove anything that they don't want in the forums they own and pay to keep up. If they want to keep to speculation to things found in the product descriptions found in the store for current products and not from people searching through wikis and posting what they find, they're well within their right to do so.

thanks for clarifying but I thought the Wiki was there to provide information to the public so wouldn't it be more productive to make sure that any information that is time sensitive be withheld until such date that it can be public?
yeah to provide "you" with info. Not advertising to the forums that this stuff is coming out. If they want to know they can look their selves.
and I was always taught that it's good manners to share....lol :)
True, but any unrealeasd character from Daz is still under NDA's, and technically should not be made public in any form, even if you stumble across some information. Same as when they give us PA's a new character to develop content for, we are not allowed to share any information until that figure is officially released.
Well then, all I can say to that is, bring back the Sneak-Peak Threads so we can discuss these things openly again. That's actually why most of us started doing this. Until then, no one can promise that leak threads won't stop popping-up.
I used Dance pose #30- did NOTHING to the outfit. Loaded and rendered. Would have done this sooner for you but didn't see this thread. Hope this pose is extreme enough. :)

EDIT: Added another one which has more bend in the waist/hip. Again, no poke through. Love this outfit! :)
There's really a difference between a sneak peak thread and scouring the wiki for unreleased characters. If you see something that pops up on a description on a released product, it's generally ok to start discussion because with the name released, DAZ has made the name officially public. Scouring for info in the wiki doesn't look like it's OK, if those links are being deleted because DAZ doesn't consider it public (meaning everyone can see it without hunting through dozens of entries)... so I wouldn't do it. I would think if mods continue to delete your posts that would be equivalent to a TOS violation and revoke posting if you continue to do it.

Well, if you check it, both Keiko and Monique are present in the FBMs' list. What would this mean?
I actually do agree, if people really need to have this information from the wiki, they can at least look for themselves. That's why I'm not replying to threads asking for technical help any more
If you check for instance one of the items in the store that appeared yesterday (or the day before), had those FBMs. By having that included, DAZ has officially put a product out and released names of future products... and people are free to speculate what they are.
This is far different than a customer hunting through the wiki for products that **aren't** released, then creating threads about what they found and how they found it. As this looks like a method that DAZ doesn't approve of (speculating about things before they are ready for them to be discussed), the mods are removing those posts.

Does this line of thinking only pertain to Daz Original products or PA products also? Just askin' ....

Both. If it's not mentioned anywhere in the store, it probably will be deleted. Don't post what you find in the wiki pages, only on store product pages.
Huh, it is peculiar. Fortunately, anyone can establish a group outside DAZ forums in order not to cause themselves headaches. Let's move on.
I agree about moving on, but I also wonder why Daz would cause themselves this headache in the first place. Don't they post the Wiki pages? So isn't it up to them to make sure nothing is put in there that may jeopardize the release of a future product, so that there is no possibility whatsoever that the general public discovering these items before the release date? If the information wasn't put there either knowingly or unknowingly by Daz this discussion wouldn't even be happening!!!
Actually, one of the mods said we are allowed to have posts about unreleased products even if they appear in the wiki where they are technically public access. The only exception would be if someone tried to cheat by listing a product name at the end of a url. As you can see, this thread is still existent along with the others over in the PC Members forum.
But yes, moving on...
I agree with this. It is what the company decided to carry out that lets one see some items. Treat it as a sale-booster or a bad mess, they release readmes regularly. Forums serve discussion and there is no point in the rules about the wiki.
However, in order to save yourself - the members - hassle, I strongly suggest a private mailing group outside. I know how to establish a private chatroom, let's do that if you are interested in the new girls who surely live only in our imagination...
And here was I thinking that it was supposed to read "Ponique", and we were finally going to get the Unflateable Pony.
Another dream dashed. Although a cow would be cool too, especially if it could wear all the Genesis 2 Female outfits.
What? Why are you all looking at me like that?

Let's clear the confusion once and for all. The only reason the information appears briefly in the wiki is because the page gets created as DAZ is preparing the product for release. When we PA's submit our products, it goes through a multi-step process on it's way to the store. One of those steps is Store Page/Installer, in which the QA team sets up the store page for future release. Unfortunately, it goes live on the wiki for a time. The scavenger hunters keep finding these pages and broadcasting the information. DAZ isn't removing them "because someone found them and linked to them", but because it is a normal step in the process. They only appear on the wiki briefly, just long enough for a few eagle eyes to find them, then when the page has been created, it gets removed. I'm not really sure exactly why or how that works, but it is they way it was explained to me. DAZ didn't make it "public knowledge", someone just got lucky enough to see behind the curtain.

That would be a welcome change from numerous FFF - flirtatious female friends, wouldn't it?

That's great! Wasn't worried about pokethrough, I was worried about all those buckles and things getting warped and mangled but it looks like it handles it really well. Thanks!
Okay, who noticed this in the newsletter today? The outfit looks a lot like the Flower Faeries for Genesis 2 Female(s) - Lily Fae and that character looks completely unfamiliar and I can't help but notice that her look is coincidentally similar to Hitomi's style...
How do you see all of that? All I see is a dark blue background with a faint image. I can't see the hair or the outfit or anything.
To me the image looks more like the fourth promo image for Elven Arcana for Genesis (http://www.daz3d.com/elven-arcana-for-genesis)

Good eye! That looks like a match to me, too.
