Watch out for product "updates" breaking products again

@Daz_Jessica While in the help request system, I noticed a bunch of help requests were silently (as in I got no notification) marked solved in the last couple days. I don't believe the problems were fixed; the requests were just closed. Is the system still randomly closing requests, or are customer service agents doing this intentionally? Either way, it is bad.

Now I have to waste time trying to get the requests reopened.

I see why I didn't discover this problem before - it is because of yet another problem with the product! The Skeleton 1-7 full figure Actors are not showing up in the LoRez Skeleton Army Smart Content or the Product section of the Content Library. You can only find them if you look in the mapped folder layout.

What a mess! Good job reporting. Hopefully the next update actually fixes things for you, NorthOf45, and anyone else affected by these problems. 

I'm thinking that maybe there is an Iray update to the LoREZ Skeleton Army in the works to go with the LoREZ Skeleton. Can't see doing one without the other.

That would be great! Meantime, I used my downloads backup to revert to the old versions. I don't need the headache.

LoREZ Skeleton Army has been updated.and an entry was even added to the readme.

I wasted half an hour of my time writing up detailed steps to reproduce the problem and submitted a help request.

You are WAY behind! Read more of this thread. You will see that I submitted tickets and the problems with LoREZ skeletons and LoREZ skeleton Army have been resolved.
