I was really suggesting the linked song, which I've always liked.

  • a video game trailer I just watched, it's very strange

  • The last one looks like a cat/terrier cross.

Sorry for mix-up,  I was referring to the song. Jimmy Buffet is a gem.

No problem.  And yes he was.  Back when we had a small cruising sailboat, we offered day sails to the local PBS Station auctions.  One was bought by two young, very attractive couples of banking folks. They were laying on the bow loving the sun, the waves and the wind on Galveston Bay while I played the recorded music and piloted the boat.  One said, "Play some more Jimmy Buffet". So I did.

Will be starting off the new year by taking...  ...The Night Train to Dallas!

The only southbound service comes through my town at about 3:30 in the morning. Temporary discounts have made it cheaper than driving.  Not usually the case.

My return northbound trip got canceled, and I had to fly back then try to get a taxi (Uber, Lyft, whatever) across town to the train station where my car was before the snow storm.  9 inches of snow here in Little Rock.  Upon arrival, my desktop computer won't boot upso I took it to the techie fixer people.  No estimate on time to solve.

Good news?  I have my old laptop to spend some time with Carrara.

Great to see th 3D prints, Andrew.  Look great.

youtube hasn't shown me any ads on my smart tv for over an hour

this is a huge anomaly as they are normally quite prolific

not complaining but something must be wrong

I wish. I get 58sec -1min commercials if the video is longer than 15 min on my Fire TV and then every 10-15 min past that time. Thankfully, I only get them at the beginning and end of a video on my computer.

it's been 3 hours now and still not seen a single ad, even watching the news

    is strange
