DIM Won't Download New Purchases

No matter what I do, DIM won't download the following products:

They come up as failed immediately after attempting to start the download.

I checked to see that I had harddrive space, no issues. I deleted a already downloaded product as was able to redownload that with no issue.

Items were purchased about four hours ago.

When I attempt to manually download the products I get:

    Same issue here, 401 errors when trying to download. Both from DIM and when trying to download from the site product library.

    Yeah, it won't download stuff I bought quite literally a year ago, either.

    Looks like it's just generally flaking out again. Unfortunate, as I need the shader maps for what I'm currently working on.

    Something is very badly broken inside DAZ Website odr download server, it seems. That does not convey competence. If I can't download the usual way (DIM), I'll wait and restrict my buyings for the time being ...

    same here - older orders will download but not the one from today. I should've checked the forum before filing a ticket - still, at least it's been filed so someone should be able to kick the server ... but then it's the weekend already.

    Downloading using daz connect is fine, if you really need the file just download it within daz studio

    Same here, in UK. Some downloads worked, but many failed. I can make a list, but this seems a widespread issue.

    DIM downloaded a product update OK but a newly-purchased item fails every time.

    I've found a temporary solution..... STOP PURCHASING THINGS FROM DAZ UNTIL THEY FIX THIS!

    Way too annoying to put up with. At the very least DS could post a "we're working on it" disclaimer. Or something to that effect.

    There is no need to report further products, it's clearly a widespread issue and bumping the thread is just going to get people's hopes up that there might be some news.

    It's been reported by others that you can't download anything by all means of downloading
