I'm glad it's not only me, I was about to bring out the heavy hammer to fix my PC
Bold Brows II for the gents won't download either.
Ancient Fantasy Hall and Floral Silk Iray Fabric Shaders vol 2 keep failing for me. Other stuff in the same order downloaded OK.
Seriously? Seems like this has been going on for more than 1 day. I have the same problem.
Same here. Both Daz Central and DIM aren't working.
well while everyone's at it here are my failed to download purchases on 20211009 12:43
i just could download and install UFO CRASH SITE but not the rest of the big order i made this afternoon
Same here...
Actually, stuff I purchased the other day downloaded, but nothing from today...
Same here. Some stuff downloads, some not. It's totally erratic.
Of course, this happens when I have a project to do and I bought the perfect asset for it
mercury must be in Gatorade, I think is the saying
Yup. Me too. Nothing will download.
This worked.
As it is a known issue, I hope it will resolve soon or within a few days.
this smells of freebie, pretty sure we will get a good one ;)
I am in no hurry, was just a bit worried. I am sure things will be ok

Closed as the me too posts are not needed. We will update the thread when there is some actual news (hopefully of the "it's fixed" kind) so people who have the thread bookmarked will get a notification.
This issue should now be resolved. The thread is unlocked so that, if there are outstanding issues, they can be reported.
Everything that wouldn't download for me before is now downloaded. Looks fixed. Thanks :)
Laurie
Works fine for me, too, now. Thank you, everyone who worked on this issue (including replying in the forums)!
Tried manuallly DLing one of the items that I couldn't DL, works. Will try DIM tomorrow.
I did download the zip files successfully this morning. Thanks to the DAZ team for all the hard work put into fixing the issue.
Now works for me too.
Since this is not the first time the issue has popped up and since it has such an major impact on all your customers (forum dwellers or not) I hope that Daz is taking strong action to ensure the problem doesn't resurface again. Thanks.
It's ok now. Thank you.
Every site on the internet goes down here and there for a multitude of reason. It's inconceivable to think otherwise. It doesn't even have to do with anything Daz does or did. Cloudflare has went down numerious times and the site didn't work for several hours to a day. That has nothing to do with them so if you don't know the circumstances behind it it's pretty unfair to assume and speculate. This just happened to have happen on a weekend when noone is in office and people do have a real life, things don't happen immediatly
It's a matter of degree, i.e. the seriousness of impact. If a site doesn't display properly for some viewers that's one thing. For customers not being able to access their purchases for several days in a row, that's another. Improvements should address the most critical area(s) first.
So was it a Cloudflare problem? Didn't seem like it.
If Daz is depending on a third party to serve up their products, then it definitely *is* a Daz problem. So far, from the limited communication we customers have received, it seems that's where the problem lays. If it isn't, that's where better communication from Daz would help.
Sorry, but if you're running a 24/7 business, you'd better have expertise on-call 24/7 for critical issues. Again, this wasn't just an hour ot two outage, it was multiple days.
To reinterate my point in the previous post, this is not the first time this has happened recently. Once, an exception. Multiple times, a trend. I'm not angry or upset. Daz should consider us as canaries in the coal mine, pointing out issues from the customer's point of view and how Daz chalking up some black marks against it's brand.
Thanks for reading.
While I completely understand that people have "real lives" I also understand that if you're going to sell online 24/7, then you better also have a web person on standby to fix problems - 24/7. You're applying brick and mortar thinking to the internet. The internet is like New York City...up all night and never sleeps ;). The site keeps taking money the entire time, they need to be on fixing things the entire time. I'm not saying all that to be mean...it's just good business and makes your customers feel like you give a crap...lol.
Edit: oops ColinFrench....crosspost. LOL
OK nice to know this is the attitude of Daz towards its customers, take their money and make them wait. Glad i spent elswhere and after this post I will be more inclined to do so. Yes people have real lives, so do your customers who a lot of are hobbist and like to do their hobbies during the weekends as they are out working during the week, earning money that could be spent here. Guess PA's don't mind the lost sales.
We are just mods and we pass on info they tell us and help people through their problems. We are not Daz or employees. We are volunteers. I'm sorry as well cause I didn't extrapolate better the point I was trying to make. When I said the have a real life, I was trying to say that they could've been out at the store or took their kids to the park, or visiting family. They don't sit next to their computer all day waiting. I'm sure they got to it as soon as they could and I'm guessing it wasn't an easy problem to fix. IDK we are privy to that info. We are just told it works now.
For a short while the DIM was working again but now there seems to be a new issue with the DIM.
The Ready To Download tab is empty?
The Ready to Install tab and the Installed tabs are populated with content and seem okay.
Does anything happen to show up when you check show hidden.
