    When I try to down load BW Sea Pearl Mermaid Outfit For Genesis 8 and Genesis 8.1 Females it goes to a blank page that says "auth expired" and the other items keep timing out .......and now Under Sea Jewelry For Genesis 8 and 8.1 Females is doing the "auth expired"

    I am getting a store error when I try to process my cart.  I called my credit card company and they said that they had not declined anything so it is most likely the merchant.  I tried re-entering my credit card info and processing the cart again.  Still get 'An error occurred while processing this transaction' with no further hints as to what the error might be.

    Based on the lack of similar posts, it seems I am alone in this.  Hmmm.

    Some of the savings, such as the introductory 30% discount, are available to non-members too. The discounts that you get as a PC member over those available to all members are what that line is reporting.

    It doesn't specify one time use; but does anybody know if orange banner offer for owning lots of bundles is good for multiple uses? Specifically can it be used to get a gift card in one order and then used again to get the Skater girl bundle in a seperate order?

    I had a similar problem. After several tries I notice that the CVV code was 123 or something and not the one for my card.  I just saw numbers and assumed.  Oncw I put in the correct one I was off to the races.

    Thanks for the suggestion.  I discovered what it was. Had to do with postal zip code.  All goood again.

    Can't use the PC+ coupon and the banner offer coupon at the same time.

    Still wondering if the banner offer coupon is useable more than once, i. e. to buy a gift certificate and then buy the bundle in another order. Does anybody know?

    Every time I check out, even with store credit, it asks me to confirm my address. The only thing to click is New Address and it wants me to put in another address. But instead I click the back button and then I can check out. This happens every time now. So annoying!

    The only way I found to stop it was to go to my Address book, remove my address and create a new one.
