Same here. I suspect that the $6 are being subtracted from the price of the products first and then the Loyalty Discount is being subtracted from the remaining amount afterwards. At least that matches my cart, with my 25% Loyalty Discount. Which may be how it's supposed to work.
Are you sure? it looks to be 30% off 30% off full price to me.
yeah, it appears so. it used to work opposite ... discounts 1st then the coupon. DAZ math in their favor. if you add the item to your cart ... the 25% comes off right away, then the $6 coupon should come off, but its doing it opposite, which makes the product 1.50 more than it should be.
I tried using the $6 DO coupon on the Little Butterfly product, the only thing in the cart, without success. It is on sale, but not FastGrab or any of the current banner sales apparently. That should be easy for them to duplicate.
You should have two coupons
- "Monthly Coupon" (excludes Daz+ Items)
- "Monthly PA Coupon" (requires $18 cart total)
"Little Butterfly" appears to be a Daz+ item and thus would require the "PA" variant and $18 total to apply :)
What I can confirm is that if you place an item in the cart which is neither on sale nor subject to the loyalty discount, the 12_21Save coupon works as it should.
As an experiment, I put the Crime Lab Bundle, currently at full price, in my card and applied the coupon code. The full $6 was discounted. Which suggests that, whether by accident or design, the Daz+ coupons do not stack with items currently on sale.
The fine print on the free holiday gifts states "* Offer expires Thursday, December 12 at 0:00 MST (UTC-7)" ; but December 12 is a Sunday. Please clarify/correct the expiration date
Frustrating as no matter what not new DO I put in the cart to apply my 12_21PLATCLUB to it's deducting $4.50 instead of $6.
So what does that mean? Since I get a 25% discount on my cart as my "Christmas Sales Bonus" then that means my DAZ+ $6 coupon is getting applied before my 25% bonus discount and not after my 25% discount bonus like it should be. The DAZ+ coupons should ALWAYS be the last discount applied to the discount stack.
Actually, no I'm wrong. The 25% Christmas Bonus coupon is getting applied directly to my DAZ+ coupon. Because how else could you explain all these DAZ customers with different priced carts being given the same DAZ+ 12_21PLATCLUB coupon $4.50 instead of $6 discount? Only is the 25% is applied directly to the coupon as if it was a product instead of a coupon!

Fixed right after I posted. $6.59 as correct.

I was curious, and ran the "Cyber Dream Bundle" through the cart. MSRP $84.95. Current discount 51% ($41.63). Daz correctly knocked off 25% (my 'loyalty discount'), bringing it to $31.22, then subtracted $6 when I used my Daz+ coupon.
Blimey! I'm still waiting for them to acknowledge mine never mind actually get the store credit back

I did get a refund for the difference, but with the caveat not to use coupon codes on Daz+ for-a-day items in the future as they have a non-stacking discount. I was happy to get the credit, but replied:
This policy was not stated either on the promo page, nor in the Daz+ coupons terms in the DAZ+ page of my account. Stating such exceptions would save Support quite a bit of work, and us as Customers a lot of head scratching and hurt feelings going forward.
OK...just ran it again and indeed the coupon applied after the 25% discount this time ...
Several interactive licenses are listed as discounted on the product page, but show full price in the cart.
My loyalty discount is not showing up and it's going to be a long time of no purchases if it doesn't fix.

...a bit disappointed tonight as about half of the Historical Top Sellers category is Daz-O character bundles even though there is a separate Select Daz Original Bundles category as well. Getting a little "bundled out" here lately.
Meanwhile the selections for the Featured 2021 Top Sellers haven't changed for a couple days. Was hoping to see a little rotation of the selection. The loyalty bonus isn't seeing much use so far.
Also would have bought the Gyrowheel if it were a stand alone prop. I see a lot fo people buzzing around on them today wearing regular clothing.
...just added one so it's back on the front page again.

Last one I filed was for a missing ten percent discount ... The bot replied (hope it was a bot) can you show that you didn't get it... hmm.. the order is ten 1.99 items and they were all at 1.99 that's your sales receipt .. I don't see 10% in those numbers.
I checked before turnover and didn't see it there. Also it was released on 29 November so 1 December would normally have been the last day of the 3 day period as still new.
Better stick to the "official" complaint thread mentioned above, or there will be mass confusion (or, well, more).

25% Loyalty Discount not working for me? Shouldn't these items be discounted the extra 25% without having to buy today's Holiday Cheer Bundle or another New or Still New item?? If not, I apologize for not understanding the conditions of the many changing discounts. See attached.
