    I have a question regarding Loyalty Discount applied to Holiday Loyalty Sales in 2021.

    This year I have a 10 percent off Loyalty Discount which is not applied to any of the products in Holiday Loyalty Discount Sales.

    For exemple for the product Matilda Hair wich is 50 percent off, when I added the product in the basket I receive only 55 percent off, not 60 percent off.

    The Loyality Discount was applied or not ?

    That is the correct discount - it's an additional 10% off, since the item is already at 50% of that takes it down to 55% off (10% of 50% is 5%). Percentages do not add, they mutliply.

    Not really a sales issue, but I'm assuming these are not supposed to be visible in the store?     Erm, the daily deal is an extra % off new releases with a code, but to get the $1 tutorial we gotta buy a new release also with a code? So it's one or the other... is that right?

    It does appear that way, since only one code at a time.

    And changes to Or.

    In my cart the discount applies to one or the other so the top image should be revised or sale corrected.

    That was yesterday's deal and isn't valid today. Today's Discord deal is a % off instead of a fixed price; so it appears to apply correctly irregardless of what order the discounts are taken.

    How long is it taking for CS to get to tickets these days?

    I submitted a ticket 8 days ago about my $6 off of $18 Daz+ coupon not being fully applied via Zendesk, and haven't seen any sort of reply yet...

    Were you logged in? If not, are you sure you entered the email correctly? If you go to Zendesk and sign in (which should pick up your Daz log-in status, I don't know why they have problems on first arrival) you should be able to see the ticket in My activity (click your name at top-right).

    Be careful with the new sale it replaces the original % off, so PC+ items probably will cost more with the coupon :)

    Indeed; my wishisted items were all cheaper during the DAZ+ sale than with the coupon.  Why can't these coupons stack with the DAZ+ discount???? angry

    It is a good deal for non DAZ+ members, but for those that are the discount is effectively around 58%, which is hardily mind blowing compared to other discounts on DOs we have seen lately.

    70% off flash sale disapeared and now there is a build your own bubdle flash stacked buy mutiples get better discounts sale.

     

    I can't keep up with coupons, stacking, buy 3 new get a discount on something ya dont want. Etc.

     

    I'm a Daz+ member, I want discounts and sales on daz Orignal characters and products, seems it's all PA all the time now.

     

    This really makes my head hurt trying to do Daz math on limited time sales.  Another day of keeping my money in my wallet.  bummer.

    I was definitely logged in.  And I just checked and it's there...and says Open.

    sale items sorted by daz+ and wishlist 
    Oh wait, offer does not stack with other discounts... and your daz+ price is a discount. 
    So the coupon has a large degree of uselessness for daz plus members... how special.
