    9 days for me with the same November $6/$18 problem.
    Nothing has changed on Zendesk. Still open, with not reply or acknowledgement.

    If I use today's Discord coupon deal I am not getting my 30% DAZ+ discount on DOs. 

    Edit I see that it now states that it doesn't stack. That kind of penalizes us DAZ+ members.

    I'm not seeing any of the new releases in the Holiday Loyalty Sale Page: https://www.daz3d.com/2021-holiday-loyalty-sale (In fact, I'm seeing yesterday's page if I click on today's banner). According to my email newsletter, it is today's page but I only see the Still New Releases, not the New Releases section.

    A little while ago I was seeing what FenixPhoenix described but it seems to be fixed now.

    So I assume the Flash Sale is not supposed to stack with my 25% holiday discount, correct?  It's not for me, anyways, 70% is the max it goes.

    In the Select Daz Originals Credit section I'm supposed to have $25 off. But in the basket it's only subtracting the $25 from one item, so I end up with one free and one at normal price. See before and after images attached.
    There's no mention of it being limited to a single item

    Can someone hit something/someone with a hammer please.

    Edit: Solved it. They've decided to put Angharad 8 Hair in the Fast Grab sale at the same time.
    I wish they'd stop doing that. If it's in Fast Grab and non-qualifying, don't let it show in another sale.

    HAPPYHOLIDAYZ -- I'M not getting even a penny off with this code .... what gives? What dependencies are attacghed to this? Must I buy a new release, must I buy more than X$ to get the coiupon to work, or should just putting one of the select itmes into the basket (on it's own) and applying the code work? It is working with only one select item (nothing else in the cart) ..... is that the way it is supposed to work? It works with two select items too.

    I will report this as the Angharad hair is in fastgrab so should not be in the coupon caregory. It's always a good idea to see if an item that doesn't discount is in fastgrab and then report to us.

    Please show carts with these issues. As you can see the other person with similar issues had an item which unfortunately should not have been in the selection.

    Happy holiday code worked.
    now we have a happy holiday flash sale.
    nothing in the disclaimer that says ..  even though it says holiday it's not and you don't get the holiday discount. 
    You could say it's too much to expect that extra discount 
    but eliminate it in writing before I look at stuff. 
    Because no question if I'm expecting a shot at 60% plus 5% (for buying new item too) and my 25% discount at the point my cart doesn't reflect that ... 
    I'm not going to say "oh well I'll buy it anyway" 
    I will empty the cart and walk away. 
    This is not about the discount or not
    IT's about the non-definition of the sale up front ,,, Just say "NO HOLIDAY DISCOUNT".

    The blurb about the Loyalty discount on the Holiday sale page clearly states that Loyalty discount only applies to items featured as part of the “2021 Holiday Sale.”

    I see one product from esha in that category. That sale seems to have ended anyway

    Please post screenshots of your carts for us to make sure it's not the same product(s) for everyone or if its an overall problem. We have reported it though

    Thanks. Besides the cart I posted above, I tried several other items and it wasn't working for any of them.
