    I was about to buy 7 items together with a pro bundle for 5 Euro when the code stopped working for the pro bundles. As I own all single core characters already, this sale isn't interesting any longer. Emptied my cart.

    Well, there's starter BUNDLES in there now, too, if you'd care to look, so that argument doesn't even work. But just forget it you know, it's simply not worth the anger anymore ... Sorry for being grumpy Cris, I know it's not your fault.
     

    Edit: And a few minutes later, the starter bundles are pulled, too, while the sales page carousel still shows the old selection. Sweet. I guess I'm finishing off my very much reduced wishlist and then I'm just done here.

    I only buy on deep, deep clearance these days (mostly to use my coupons since I have some months left in the membership), but each time I'm sure to leave a one-star rating (or two if I'm feeling generous), explaining how the marketing and web teams have destroyed my enthusiasm for shopping here.

    Tbh, I doubt it'll change anything, but perhaps at some point someone higher up in the company will catch wind of what's driving customers and business away. One can hope.

    Good idea. Did that. Maybe, just maybe, they are recognizing at one point that these screwed-up sales are driving customers away.

    Daz was in the process of fixing the error and noticed the starter bundles which weren't caught, so that's what happened there.

    But they fixed it ASAP & well before Office Hours started in Dazland, so they should be proud. It's not like all those previous mistakes - coupon codes that didn't work, conflicting promos, etc. - that no one seemed available and able to fix until after the promo/coupon expired (with no deadline extension), which has been quite common over the past year or so. And our long suffering mods are stuck repeatedly posting they reported Issue and will ask for an(other) update.

    Yes, I already own ALL the items in the catagory (even before the bundles were pulled). I generally buy the Pro Bundles and when DAZ had one of those "Buy for the price of items you don't own" sales I picked up the starter bundles for free because I already owned all the items.

    So, no discount for me crying Doesn't seem like a good way for DAZ to treat their loyal customers.

    its unfair that you mods get caught in the middle all the time, whether its fixed to customer satisfaction or not. You sshouldn;t have to deal with it nearly every day.,
