Question: how does the bundle deal work? Do you put it in the cart, the store recognizes what items you own and calculate a the dollars and % off you get? Or is it done via a refund/store credit?
It's calculated in-cart, the price in the actual cart (not the pop-up after adding the item) will relfect the discount.
I'll check this - are there others? Edit: it's one of Moyra's oild texture sets, I think - I already own it so can't check its effect but I have flagged it up.
Select bundles, put in cart. The store calculates what you owe. You will not see the calculation until you go into your cart. Decide if you want to buy at the price calculated. In my case, my total was $0 for all my selected bundles because all the individual items were previously purchased at sale prices. If you don't own all the items, you will be charged for the difference. Just watch the prices calculated in your cart, and decide whether this is a good deal or whether to pass for now and wait for a better deal. Good luck.
My deal was 4,300 of "free" content, so you beat me by 100.
I agree that the lack of any other discount makes the idea of picking up the missing items a pretty poor deal, particularly considering the DO products go on deep sale quite frequently.
The other problem is that not surprisingly the missing items in any bundle are very likely to be the stuff I least want, and would only buy if they were very cheap.

I see that 20% off New Releases must have been a failed experiment, as they are 30% off today.
Also, regarding "Complete your Daz Original Bundles for just the price of the Items you don't own!"; isn't that the case every day?

There have been days at 20% and days at 30% since last week.
Usually the price of a bundle doesn't take into account which items of the bundle you already own. For example today if you own all items from a bundle you can "buy" it for free so that the bundle is marked as purchased too.
OK. Thinking about it I guess that would get you bundle-only items such as the anatomical elements...
The bundled price is computed as follows (at least it is the way it was computed in the previous similar sales).
Compute the sum of the prices of the bundle items. For instance assume a bundle with 3 items that cost each $20. The items price is $60.
Now consider the price of bundle (say this bundle costs $36). The discount wrt the items price is $24 or 40% of $60. Lets call 40% the bundle discount.
If you already have some items in the bundle, if you purchase the bundle, the bundle discount will be applied to the items that you do not own. For this example if you already have two items, the remaining item will get the bundle discount (40% for this example) and you will get this discount applied ie $20-40%=$12 (plus the DO discount if you are daz+).
The bundle discount used to around 40%, but for some bundles it can be higher (60% or more). Recently this discount has been reduced and I have seen some bundles with a discount around 25% only.
Well I left out stuff so I had to do a second $2.000 and a third $180 order to tick off everything I already own ;-)

I have found 4 Bundles that I own everything and they are still charging. The Victoria 5 Starter and Pro Bundles and the Michael 5 Starter and Pro Bundles. Screen shots attached. Thanks
V5 starter bundle works as intended for me but I get the same issue with the Genesis Michael Victoria Combo Bundle: I own all components but price is $2.22 in cart for some reason.
Today's vendor store sales seem to have left out a lot of the vendor items...for example Mada only has 45 items listed in the sale, out of 323 items on her store page. This is after I clear the "hide my items" filter. It's not just recent items missing, either; there are K4/V4 items in Mada's store that are not on sale. Aeon Soul & Jerry Jang's sale pages are also very slim compared to their full store listings--I didn't check the others.
If items are missing it normally means they are already part of another sale, and so are not offered to avoid stacking. Unfortunately the new store is a lot better at detecting stacking, and has removed a lot of the fun in shopping here in the process.
why are "The Mystic Gorge" and "Siberian for Cat Zeus" only20% off. I thought new releases were 30% off.

New studio version, mega bundle...
...but no banner promos, no ways to increase the bundle discount, only fixed prizing for old PA items which also needs a dedicated coupon code to active, no perks like free older products or future coupons.
Might stay on the ground - boy do I miss those old days!
I have now experienced the 'new' store page with today's bundles. I can see why there has been some comment. I may get used to it in time, but I find it hard to see the presentation as an improvement - I now have to scroll horizontally and vertically?
Yep. The new design might grow on me eventually. For the moment it is hard to adopt being used to the old design for several years. At the moment I find it especially hard to identify the content of a bundle due to horizontal scroller plus the links hidden in the accordeon.

Ah, thanks for letting me know. Did not get that Mega Bundle, was too pricey for me. Seems I'm out of the bundle/banner loop already then. Did not know that fairies qualify for space travel though ;-)
If I were a PA, I'm not sure how happy I'd be with the new store page. A lot of photo distortion. Replacing the bright red "% off% box with small blue text probably isn't the hottest idea, either.
As a buyer... I'll just add Daz to the very long list of "sites that received questionable reskins/makeovers"...
Why do new VDB products say they are compatible with DS 4.16? Don't they require 4.20? If Daz is going to update the store page layout, at least they could try to display accurate information.
