    Many of the promo images in today's new bundle have the pot of gold in the background. However, do I see it correctly that the pot of gold is not actually part of the bundle?

    Edit: Never mind. I only read the promotion later. I see that if you buy the bundle, you get that prop for free now (but not if you decide to buy later).

    I have a query due to the wording on the 'Pot-O-Gold' coupon.

    It says 'Get $25 worth of Select Daz Originals FREE*' and '*Discount will be distributed among all qualifying items. Cannot be used to discount items already owned. Coupon Code usable twice per customer.'

    1. Read one way it says you can get up to $25 of DO's in up to 2 transactions
    2. Read another way it could mean 'You can apply the coupon to 2 transactions of up to $25 of DO's per transaction'.

    The second is not probable, but is a valid reading of the words written. Can I as which meaning is applicable?

    I used it twice - the first one was a bit over $25, so I paid a few dollars extra, the second was under $25 when I checked out, so the item was free.

    Neftis3D's Perfect Wild Curls for Genesis 8 Female(s) is appearing in both $3.49 Grab Bag and FastGrab Sale.

    Price in cart is $7.19 instead of $3.49.

    Edit: Looks like Silent Winter's TV News Vignette and Dark Faerie Hollow are also having the same issue.

    I don't see Topsy in today's $3.49 Grab Bag catch up but I am pretty sure she was part of the promo a few days ago. 

    Maybe it was a different MM promo? If so, sorry for getting confused.

    I had thought that too she was a grab-bag item I missed, but checking the price history on the Daz Deals plugin, she wasn't.  Her pal Drutherson has been, and is today...

    Just last night, at 12:29 am, I bought two Grab Bag items:

    • Mrs. Chow 8 HD Add-on
    • Zelara 8

    They were $3.99 each.  

    Now, less than 24 hours later, and in the same calendar day, they are $3.49 each.  Seems it doesn't pay to make a purchase right away anymore!   frown

    Is this really intended to be in the "up to 8 (or 12) for $10 each"  selection, since it's $1.99 for Daz+ members? There are many other items with a "list price" for Daz+ under $10 in the group

    This Newly Mad item needs clarification/changes to Required Products and Compatible Figures as well as thumbnail tags. Name says it's for Dog 8 & G8M. However:

    1. Compatible Figures & the thumbnail list G8.1M only.

    2. Required Products only includes Dog 8 & German Shepherd.

    I'm interested in the poses but want to make sure they are usable with G8

    Gotta love it when DAZ punishes their customers for buying stuff. I own all of the items in "The Nutcracker Doll Bundle" but it costs 35+ dollars to purchase so that I can get the extra 7% discount. A discount which I should get since...technically I do own everything in it....but I don't.

Unlike Comcast, DAZ does have competition, so it's much easier to curtail or even stop your purchases as a result of perceived bad behavior. I use perceived here because, even if the problem isn't intentional, it's still perceived by the customer as an offense, perhaps quite small individually, but they do add up if they are repeated.

    Since I already had all the items in the Nutcracker Doll bundle I was able to get it free on 15 Feb in one of those "buy for only the price of unowned items"  bundle sales.

    Even a year ago - a few months ago! - I would have suggested opening a ticket, expecting CS to "make it right," but now?  Not after they changed the policy on price drop refunds. Not after my recent experiences with CS.

    Those one day sales like yesterday's suck. I had eleven items picked out last night, but the data for the credit card expired and since the only person with the new data had already gone to bed I couldn't place an order. Today, when I have information, that stuff is now not available. Since I don't like what is available today DAZ gets no sale! I saw some nice stuff at the other place so I guess I'll have to do my yearly shopping there. I'm on a very limited budget so I can't buy a lot, just a few things a year. DAZ needs to quit screwing people over. People somtimes have problems and sometimes people like to think before they buy. One day sale should go the way of the Doodoo.

    How does your credit card info being out of date and you needing to update it Daz's fault? These type sales have been going on for years, this is nothing new. Just like with any 24 hours sale in this country (US), which pratically everyone has, when 24 hours is up it's over. There is no grace period for those who haven't made up their minds.

    I saw in another thread that there is supposed to be a discount for previous owners of KindredArts Ghost light sets. Some people said it discounted to $2.00 in the cart. 

    I own all of the previous ghost lights...however it is showing as $13.97 in my cart.

    They have also stated that an orange banner is appearing AFTER purchasing. Seems like something is messed up somewhere...shouldn't the banner be there BEFORE purchasing the new set?

    Same thing happened for me. The orange banner appeared immediately AFTER I purchased. I think they are triggering off of the wrong SKU maybe.

    There seem to be two issues - the banner may well be linked to the wrong product but the discount was working correctly; however, today it appears that the discount is failing too. Both have been reported.

    According to the readme it was released on 17 January which woul put it past the 60 day "new"  period but it looks as if it still has the "new" tag.
