    OMG this was NOT resolved to my satisfaction. How is having a company you spend thousands of dollars have a moderator treat you with flat out smug-mean-ness instead of respect and kindness and the customer support totally ignore you is not what I wanted. This is a straw that broke the camel's back situation that many customers and PAs are reaching. 

    It wasn't meant, and didn't feel to be, smug or mean. I believe that you were misinterpreting the offer, but I pointed out that it could open to that misreading in order to avoid future issues. As for whether or not the offer could have been extended, that isn't something on which I have any influence - though I have point out that having the results aired in the forum is not likely to leave the support teak able to exercise any leeway they may have.

    I've noticed the same, and not for the first time. Mods, it would be really helpful if this could be flagged up, I can only guess the end time this way. Thanks!

    UPDATE: Daz have still not refunded me and after completely patronizing me last night (but promising to give the refund) Jessica, who is head of customer service apparently, is completely ghosting me today.

    The vendor Meshitup had a clothing set for G2M called Dark Man.  Patterned after the Shadow.  Don't see it in the store.  Hmm.

    I have it in my content under Meshitup folder.  Maybe it is in the wrong place.  Hmm.

    But The Shadow does know.

    The coupon code COMBODEAL is not working for me...shouldn't the items in cart be 3,99 each if I apply it? No matter what combination I have in my cart, none of them are 3,99 except the grabbag items...

    Doesn't work for me either, I have four new releases in my cart. 

    Edit: It looks like the coupon code COMBODEAL is being used for two separate sales on the page. I have stuff from the mad related items sale, tried the code for the second sale and that one worked. So if anyone is around for Daz today, they should put a new coupon code for the mad related items. 

    Edit 2: And they have the COMBODEAL coupon sale for the mad artist stores which does not work as well. So this coupon only works for the second of the three sales where it's stated. 

    Edit 3: Okay, this was a horrible decision on the sales team as it was completely unclear at what the coupon was for. Instead of having that at all three of those sections and making it seem like that section was what was on sale, if you clicked the select sales items it brought you to the second time you saw the paragraph meaning those were what was on sale. Totally confusing, should have just had that paragraph at the one spot and there'd been no confusion.

    I tried COMBODEAL coupon adding to the cart whatever combo of 3+ for either MAD Artist Stores, Still MAD Releases, Bonus MAD and so on... it keeps telling me that the coupon is not valid although I selected and added one product from the up to 5 select items deal page ...it doesn't get discounted down to $3.99 because the coupon keeps giving error.

    Of the LIFE Android 2.0 products only these two don't have the Interactive License option available:

    The question is why ? Add-on products for the female have the interactive license option instead but the base product doesn't.

    They are from the sale selection, they are not in any other sale, I've tried numerous items from the sale individually and in groups of three, nothing works, and I am in the process of putting in a ticket though I don't know if it'll be any use, by the time it's looked at the sale will be well over.

    This does not require the female android. It's made for the male android only, hence why it says 'male' in the title.
