Anyone else having issues with paypal payments? I can login with no problems, but when I tried to use paypal for the payment, the page doesn't load correctly. I've tried the usual clear cache and cookies, restarted the browser and no luck. I even tried loging into another browser and then another device entirely. Yeah I had the same issue - couldn't check out because of the 'Things don’t appear to be working at the moment' message I'd get. I could log in to PayPal fine through their site, but there was something wrong with Daz's checkout tonight with PP. I wonder if customer support will honour the sale prices :P
Last time I sent a support ticket they demanded I send them a screenshot of my cart with the sale price. According to the rep, they don't keep any records of past sales or promotions. Of course, that was days after I submitted the ticket and long after the sale was over. I told them was not only ridiculous, it was impossible! They closed the ticket...
I'm going to "print" the cart page to PDF and hope they don't make any more excuses.
I am tryint to use the TREAT4YOU coupon for the second time. It says it should work three times and it worked fine the first time througn but not now. Is this a known problem? I don't see any restrictions on what I can buy and I do not own any of these items. Thanks.

You had me worried there, but I remember getting 37% off one of the new items, so it did work. Maybe it's just broken now for everyone?

SWAN Dance Fascinator is missing the manual installer, I'm only seeing the connect links.
The TREAT4YOU Flash sale, what does it apply to? I've tried the coupon on some of the oldest items in the store, new items, random items, doesn't work.
Did you maybe do what I did and not add enough to the basket? You need $30.
Ah... I read it as getting a discount and then an extra 10% off if the total was $30.

Yeah. I've submitted a ticket on the missing manual.
The TREAT4YOU coupon worked on my cart, which was made up entirely of various today's releases.
Is it still missing? The product page now shows all install types, which is usually generated from the actual files.

OK, it probably needs adjusting for people who purchased before the products were properly associated with their packages - I will flag this.

Yup, this is a known issue that was partially fixed yesterday. I really don't think I should have to open a ticket for it to be sorted out.
Tickets are important to fixing things. Sometimes Daz can't reproduce the problem and need to tickets to pinpoint the problem. Tickets are the way of being proactive about an issue. If a ticket isn't submitted at times they don't know there even is a problem. The more people ignore the ticket system the less of a likelihood a problem will be to fixed.
I did report the issue, as far as I know it needs a special tool run to add the actual files to the libraries of those who purchased before the issue was fixed.
But in this instance people have paid for a product that isn't even being made available to them well over 24 hrs after purchase... i can assure you that tickets have been submitted!
It's not just Daz that need to be made aware but potential customers too.
Often if i'm excited to buy a new product i hold off a while and check the forum to see if customers have reported issues... it's saved me from disappointment on a number of occasions.

I'm sorry but i can assure you that from my point of view the issue is most definitely not fixed!
I didn't say it was fixed, just confirming that it has been flagged up.
Both Kento 8.1 addons are included in the megabundle: BUT you have to purchase them a second time to get the 'CHOOSE7' deal on Select Historical Places & Things. That doesn't seem right to me. Shouldn't you be able to get the deal if you purchase the megabundle ?
