There seems to be a problem at the site... I couldn't upload a picture to another thread either.
My first render used Urban Future 8 as a background, so I kept the character and changed to an HDRI. And did another as well in a outfit that can go as underwear or swimwear. I also moved the files to my iMac and will see if I have better luck there.
No luck, the forum is stuck in 'Uploading...' with a 'No file chosen'
And I also checked that I am logged into the forums as well.

I dunno, there are a ton of great products over there. I actually have more from there than here so I would say you probably are missing out on some things. if anything, i would say this issue is more on Ravenstone than rendo since I have never seen a licensing issue like this before. I honestly can't see how th response you got is any worse than waiting for days, to weeks for a response from Daz CS..
Thanks for keeping trying! Looks like there's something amiss with the forums really. Don't put stress on yourself, please. It'll probably work just fine tomorrow.
Honestly, Daz CS has never taken more than a day to get back to me for sales issues and they always make sure they help me to their best ability. Tech support, yeah sometimes it's taken a few days or a couple of weeks to hear from, but I know they're backlogged and they are always super apologetic and do their best to help with whatever issue I had. In regards to it being worse than Daz, the difference is at least at Daz I know if I have an issue, they will take care of it instead of saying it's on me to go and contact the seller and hope the seller decides to give me a refund if the product isn't what I thought it was. I really have very little hope I'm going to get a response or a refund if in fact the license is not for commercial use. I never shopped there really before because when I'd look through the site I'd find one or two things that had the quality I was looking for but not enough for me to feel like going through and manually installing stuff, but Rarestone I bought everything from so I thought I'd give it a try.
...I still find it curious that most the products Rarestone and Nirvana partnered on were suddenly removed from the store with little notice and have not resurfaced at Rendo.
they've had stuff removed from rendo too....
I posted about this in the Renderosity forum, where the question belongs. Maybe Jenn will be able to provide an authoritative answer.
I found that Novica's thread is still able to post renders, so I tried to post my last render of the character and it worked!
This could be your answer to the usage limitations, doing a Google search of the name used came up with this.. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jang_Hee-jin
So since this character product looks to be based off a real person, be why it can't be used for commercial purposes..
