The past couple of days, I've been getting an error message when trying to make a purchase but that card has worked on other sites.

Which payment method(s)?
I tried my credit card and a debit card. Both gave me an error but I just tried the card at another site and was able to make the purchase.
Try doing a hard refresh. Ctrl+F5
Tried that. Didn't work.
What is the error you are getting?
This card is working on other sites without issue. I have now tried three different cards and am getting the same problem with each. I even purchased a visa debit gift card and tried that and that also didn't work
Not what you typically see for card issues. Maybe store checkout glitches on your browser?
You may need to put in a sales support ticket.
I tried making the purchases on my laptop running firefox and on my iphone using safari and it is failing in both places
I put in a ticket and haven't heard back yet. It's been over 24+ hours
I was checking out with a Credit Card just a short while ago and after clicking the submit button at checkout, the processing screen did not reutrn the normal Success page, but instead it returned this Error Code:
The server experienced an error: 5263531936693774911
However, the page URL showed: https://www.daz3d.com/shop/checkout/success?id=DA21-1209-My-Order-Number
And, I did receive the Order Confirmation email and the items did show up in my Product Library. But perhaps, the Error Code can be something useful for the Daz techies to look into.
Unfortunately, I am not getting an error code. All it says is "There was an error processing this request." and the items are still in my cart.

on the check out scren where you select the payment Credit card are you entering the Credit Cards 3 digit Security Code? grey box that defaults to 123, you have to enter the credit card security code now each time you place an order.
Threw me a couple of times when checking out cause I thought the 123 was auto populated and had to go grab the credit card and type in the 3 didgit secuirty code, next time I placed an order and used a different Creidt card I had to type in that particular card's 3 digit secuirty code.

I openly up a trouble ticket on Wednesday but nothing has been resolved as of yet :(
My card doesn't work on this site either. Oddly enough, the Amazon payment works on this site using the same card.
The checkout page seems to be slow. My order is still processing after I clicked the "confirm" button on the checkout page. I forgot the name of the button that I clicked, sorry. I'm using a debit card too.
edit: I just noticed this message - "This transaction is taking longer to process than normal. Please be patient while we wait for confirmation from the payment processor."
If other people are having this problem, I would think that they would be trying to fix this more quickly.
Yep. Same problem here. Tried different cards, different browser, tried on Windows and iOS, all up to date. The card gets charged, and then immediately credited back.
Submit a ticket to Sales Support they will forward it on to the proper people. Include an image of your cart and the error (if getting one) in case you miss the sale by the time they get back to you.
FWIW, I use PayPal and have to go into my browser settings and clear out two little "cookies" before EVERY purchase from Daz. I can't tell you a specific, but willing to bet it's related.
Thank you, I opened a support ticket with screen shots. I really hope it wont take too long.@Doc Acme, dont think it's browser related, since I can recreate the issue on different browsers. The transcation is actualy showing on my credit card, along with the same amount credited back.
That is a strage case. I can't recall a situation like that. Most have been that it just won't go through at all.
Yep, weird it is because another purchase that I did over the weekend, posted on the same card as always.
On a different note: I just noticed the last time I opened a support ticket: 9 years ago... . I guess I was overdue for some store trouble.
I did that almost a week ago (last Wednesday to be exact) and except for the initial response that they received my ticket, nothing has happened. No resolution. No status. Nothing. One would think that this would be a high priority for them since it is impacting money coming in to them but nothing. I have over a dozen items in my cart and as soon as the discounts disappear, so will the items. They will be moved from my cart to my wishlist. Lost sales for DAZ.
I don't work for Daz and have no affiliation with them. Just trying to be helpful.
have you tried recently to purchase a freebie item? Try to establish if it's your account, daz cart system or the payment card/method. Try to eliminate as many things as possible.
my thinking is a freebie is $0.00 but still goes through cart/payment processing, then generates an invoice and adds product to your account. If you can't even make a freebie $0.00 purchase successfully then something is wrong with your Daz account and the shop. Or something wrong but it provides Daz more info to try and diagnose the problem.
I dunno just a thought.
I just tried doing what you said. I emptied out my cart and put in an item for $0.00 and tried to "buy" it and got the same message that there was a problem with processing the order. That seems to show that it is not a problem with my card but something is wrong with my account.
So my issue is resolved. Problem was apparently I had an old address in my address book in addition to my current one. Once my profile was cleaned up (also removed some expired payment methods), and Daz cancelled the pending processes on their end, my purchase went through.
@Drogo, try that as well, delete everything (address, payment) on your accout profile and re-add.
Just making sure here. Did you go to the help screen, sign in and select the dropdown next to your name and select "My Activity"? In there will be any replies to your ticket. Email notifications have been acting up but I'm not positive if CS emails are part of that. I posted an image to show what I'm talking about.
