Thank you for the suggestion. I just tried that. I deleted my credit cards. Deleted my address. Logged out. Logged back in again. Entered my addressed and tried to make a purchase and still got the same message. I guess my problem is more complicated.
Yes, I've been checking and checked just now. The only communication that I receved was from Gunnar and that was last Thursday at @ 13:39. I've provided screen shots of the error messages and anything else that I could think of by no resolution and no further communications. I have over a dozen items that I want to buy.
I just realized something. This all started when I signed up for Discord. I haven't been able to make a purchase since them.
Add a comment to the ticket and that should put it back through the queue.
did you validate discord daz channel? Did you complete the linking of discord channel with your daz account? Maybe your in limbo cause it's not completed.
It failed on the validation and I didn't bother to continue
I went to validate the account and it went through. I'm validated. But it's still not going through.
Do as I suggested with adding a comment to your ticket and if you don't here something back in 24 hours let me know and I'll give you further instructions that I've been told to have you do.

I've made six comments to the ticket since opening it. Two of them were done today.
Can you recreate the issue when you are connected to a different network? On another device mabybe? Are you on a vpn by any chance?
I also had a problem a couple of days ago with visa. I use store credit for most of my purchases but I wanted to do a refill a couple of days ago and it failed. Actually, I have got a similar problem with some failures on other sites too (but I have also been able to used my card on a couple of sites in the same period). I would rather suspect a problem with the intermediaries or the card providers. I asked my bank to do an inquiry, but, at least for me, I do not think that the problem originates from the daz side.
EDIT: I have talked with my bank advisor. One of my purchases has been (incorrectly) blocked by the visa software and the are some cascading consequences that caused the failure of the other purchases. She had to manually unlock several sites. She also said that there were an unusual number of customers with a similar problem yesterday and today and she thinks that visa has made some unfortunate tweaks to the parameters of its fraud detection algorithm.
I've tried making the purchase on my laptop using my home WiFi and on my iPhone using cellular data not connected to the WiFi and got the SAME failure.
You may be on to something. I called my credit union and they said that my card was fine and there were no blocks on the card. I have also used the card without problems at supermarkets and I continue to use it regularily at the "R" website.
