    Well, the Daz store products used are shown at the bottom of the page. For other, non-Daz stuff, there is a Daz rule that PA's are not allowed to list them.  

    Some PAs don't do their own promos, so may not know what those additional items are, is another common reason.

    Also, lists, when given, may be incomplete. Not only are PAs unable to include items from other stores but some PAs use unique assets that they have decided not to sell, usually a custom character.

    Sorry if I'm dumb, but I'm trying to use this and I get a character with the right shape but all white (not textured).

    What I do is install it in the Figures tab, then in smart content->Figures I click on BJ Imoen (Actor). I'm missing something? Usually with the other figures I tried that was enough to load all the default textures, but here doesn't seem to work for some reason... thanks

    Nothing comes to mind off the top of my head. Definitely not normal. Best to create a support ticket. May be some installation or smart content issue, all of which is done by Daz. Support in general is done by Daz actually.

    Thanks. I'm also using an old card config so not sure if it's that. Will do more tests on a newer PC :)

    Does the character use the new PBR skin shader? An all-white figure would be what you would get when using that shader in DS versions before 4.15.

    It does, yeah that's possible. Too many variables, go with support ticket.

    Imoen's in my library, and I like the character, but she kind of looks like Einsley's almost twin sister.
