Ok, I am tired of having to scroll to the top.

Whose I dea was it to open the store page at the bottom, and also put the next page at the bottom? I have lost veritable minutes of my life because of this and I want it to stop!

Then stop going to the shop page, LOL. Seriously, mine always starts at the top.
For me it starts also at the bottom on every "next" page. I have to scroll up and then back down to come to the next page. It's really annoying...
Same.
The first page starts at the top.
All the pages after that start at the bottom, if they even load.
I have to refresh the page to get it at the top and too load properly.
Yes, it's annoying that it stays at the bottom.
You can use the "home" key on your keyboard to go back up rather than scrolling though.
If you have a "home" key, that is. My Mac has no home key. My Daz PC (which has a home key) only touches the interweb to download files. But I can now scroll in two quick swipes; so, I'm OK.
I AM over the stupid search function, confused Sort By button (refuses to place items in order of release no matter how many times I switch and reset), and rampant miscategorization of products. Oh yeah, and the widescreen stretched aspect ratio on product page images when using Safari.
Same. Mostly surfing here on iPad, so no home key to get back up to the top. Very, VERY annoying!
It just seems stupid. Who designs a an interface like that and then doesn't bother to fix it?
Same with Android. No home key, starts right at the bottom on page 2 onwards. Not even a floating button to take you to the top, either. And my android device does 2 columns, that feels like a very long way to scroll up. The page also seems to fail to fill the images unless you scroll to the top, so if you try to work your way up looking at the images, every image is filled with the 'Wait, loading mage' circle and never gets to load the image.
Somebody didn't test the page on all devices it could be used on. Or if they did, they didn't test it well enough to highlight user irritants.
Regards,
Richard
I am glad I still haven't gotten this new site layout, maybe because am downunder, my DAZ Deals works too!
It is minus the up arrow it used to have though, mind you I use show all.
Add Fire tablets to the list of those where a Home button won't get you to the top of the page. The Fire one just takes me to the tablet's home screen, strangely.
Same behavior under Chrome in Windows. On a laptop that requires arcane gestures to make the Home button work.
My solution has been "if its not on the first page, I don't care to look further."
Are you sure? I thought the store listing (the one with all the products) was rolled out generally, it's the individual product pages that are still being A/B tested.
It's especially annoying since it *used* to work just fine, but somebody broke it recently and apparently can't fix it. Otherwise it would have been fixed by now. Not to mention, it should have been caught during testing before roll out.
THANKS !! Home key works. As long as I remember that.
Mine does this also. There used to be a button on the bottom of the page that would send you to the top, but seriously, the page should just send us straight to the top. We can find a way to get up there, but why should we? I'd like it to just send me there automatically. I wish it also told which page I'm on at the top as well as the bottom. It now only tells me what page I'm on at the bottom. It never used to be this way. It also looks like a filtered page. Oddly, when I filter for something, it does send me to the top, but the regular pages don't. It used to be much easier to navigate.
i truly dislike the fact even if you're on page 5, for instance, look at a product, then hit back arrow, it goes all the way back to page 1. That is truly terrible for naivgation.
The solution is actually just one line of HTML. Nothing fancy. Perhaps a few lines of code at best.
I've complained about this several times but, to be fair, I think it is a "feature" of DAZ Deals add-on. I have tried to get into the habit of opening a promo page in a new tab but I forget and hit the back button and find myself all the way back on Page One (I think other filters are affected too).
Same here. I just hate the behavior of this site. Makes me spend less time here.
touching a blank space on the status bar in Safari on my iPad gets me back to the top
I'm glad this was finally brought up. Browsing the store has become annoying!![indecision indecision](https://www.daz3d.com/forums/plugins/ckeditor/js/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/whatchutalkingabout_smile.png)
Browsing DAZ is more about how much frustration I'm willing to endure than anything else.
Same. Have to scroll to the top of every Next Page. Can't believe that DAZ does not fix this because it's been going on for like 2 months it seems.
I have never visited any online shop that doesn't put you at the top of the next page. Ridiculous!
Yep. I used to do programming. This is a simple fix.
Maybe they don't have programmer's on staff that can do this? I know a simple one line fix is easy, but if you have to figure out where that line of code is in thousands upon thousands of lines of code, it can take a long time just to locate. That's the hard part about bug fixes.
It would be nice if they can fix it pronto. It's uber annoying.
You would think having a properly working store page might be a higher priority.
Not using Safari but thanks for the tip anyway!
For me this is browser-specific.
It makes no difference whether I'm signed in or not, so I don't think this is A/B testing (where only some users get a new feature initially).
Check the Items per Page setting, to the right above the list of products.
thank you for the tip. that will save a lot of time.
I find this annoying, and there's another odditiy. On my computer, when I go to the next page I get a row of boxes with the spinning update arrows on them. At first I thought the page wasn't loading, then I found as soon as I scroll, even a tiny amount, they update. If I don't scroll the page they just sit there with the spinning arrows. Maybe it's something to do with my setup, I'm using Chrome on Windows 10 Pro.
