Complaints? You think you have complaints? It is the 18th of May, and its snowing today. A kind of wet, half snow, half rain pebbly trying-hard-to-be-hail kind of thing. But still accumulating on the ground amongst the new grass that had the temerity to think it was good to go. I needed to go out and push the accumulation off the gazebo roof from the inside, since it isn't designed for that kind of weight. Ah well, this too shall pass.

Still trying to diagnose my bluray problem with my computer so I can watch my netflix videos

Only if your wireless connection is good and steady. When the hotels router was dying, it go on and off and made watching Hulu a screamingly frustration experience!!! :ahhh:

If so, please post the following information:
1. Are you using Windows? What version? 7? 8? Since the interfaces are very different this can make a difference regarding how and what is done.
2. What make and model of blueray player? If you do not know this, and you are using Windows, go into your file manager (that's Windows Explorer, not Internet Explorer) and look under Desktop - Computer. You will see a list of drives that are installed in the computer. Your blueray drive should be listed there, including the model number. Let us know what it says.
Once we have this information we can proceed to the next steps. Troubleshooting is always a systematic approach rather than a random one.

Windows 10 tech preview. Trying to go back to 8 for a little bit to see if it is Windows ten is the problem or not.

Quite possibly the problem. Windows 10 isn't quite ready for prime time yet and driver support may be lacking.
I am having difficulty installing Window 8.1 on this machine
What is it doing?
It keeps asking to reboot and then doing nothing. It gives an error which I will post after I take a screen shot
I am not sure what is going wrong but now my start menu is acting up aka won't open.
By default its in another format. You need to change it to Win 7 layout. I don't know how you do it though.
