DIM Download Issues

I'm having issues downloading new purchases with DIM. I receive the following error for all products:

 

2022-04-06 07:21:27.710 WARNING: QNetworkReplyImplPrivate::error: Internal problem, this method must only be called once.
2022-04-06 07:21:27.794 WARNING: Download Error: IM00073729-02_dForceSigurdOutfitTextures2of2.zip : Error - 401 : Unauthorized

 

It looks like the same thing happened in October. Can anyone verify it's not just me seeing this?

    The same is happening to me. Seems like the content delivery network is down again.

    Have you tried relogging?

    I've tried working offline then logging back in with no joy. Also rebooted due to non-related updates needing to be installed.

    And trying to download manually from my library I receive the following:

       
    code "expired_auth_token"
    message ""
    status 401

    Not working for either. Now you want me to put in a ticket,,, it better not go like the last time I filled out a ticket for the downloads not working. I was asked to prove what I purchased over 20 years ago. I had to give up and repurchase an item.

    I'll fill out a ticket and stop buying from here until your help desk actually provides some help. Yippie

    That's what mine said, now it states: Error - 403 : Forbidden.... I've gone from 'Unauthorized' to 'Forbidden'... Somehow I think thats going in the wrong direction lol

    That's odd, if you rightclick your item in DIM it shows you 'show order' if you click that you go straight to the order. Even things I bought in 2005 still show up.

    There's an issue with manual downloads as well currently.

    Not working for me either. I can't download either through DIM or manually.

    Downloads not working 9 out of ten.
    I will NOT put in a ticket, as I have made the experiance that tickts are solved in snail-pace. Not worth my time. I'll wait another day doing something else.

    We have stressed to Daz that this is a widespread issue, not a few cases to be handled with tickets.

    Downloads not working for me either...DIM or otherwise. Really hope this gets corrected soon as the texture set I just bought is a need for the piece I'm working on.

    Same problem with every type of download, browser, daz central or download manager, and in every browser on every platform, windows, mac or mobile.

    I'm another one with the same problem, products I bought today fails to be downloaded (usin DIM). I'll wait and see how it goes later on :)

    Same here. Sent in a ticket as well.

    I can install free items (downloaded a random one) and it worked.

    My purchase this morning has failed (Daz Central, DIM, Manual Download).

    I am facing same problem.

    I cannot download every products from DIM and DAZ Central. http://daz3d.com shows "Error 502" once in a while.

    Same issue with following products today:

    Cyber Tunnels and Magnificent Mesembryanthemum Plants

    Direct download and dim both  fail.

    Hello to all the others waiting.

    I guess I'm in the queue here too.

    Hopefully Daz3d can come up with a good compensation.
