DIM Download Issues

    Yeah same here with DiM downloads failing, this time it seems worse than the last time this happened..  What would be nice to know what the issue is and an estimation on how long it will take to fix..

    Just bought several items

    2 of them downloaded and installed just fine

    Storm for Genesis 8 Male

    dforce Universal Dress for Genesis 8 Females

     

    These won't download at all;

    Ultimate Grass & Meadow Worldbuilder

    The Temple

    Fantasy Structures

    Cyber Tunnels

    Magnificent Mesembryanthemum Plants

    Yeah, so I also bought stuff off the sale and broke my downloads.

    Same here. Cannot download and install anything new that I purchase. 

    What a bummer!

    Not everything is broke though.

    Some things will download and install.

    2 of mine did.

    It just worked for me with the Daz+ items.

    Had been failing every time in the prior 8 hours.

    I opened a ticket that morning and just got a response that the issue is fixed. And it seems the information is accurat. I can download everything that failed previously.

    Since my manual download thread in the member column was closed in favour of this one ... manual downloads now working too :-)

    I had a response to my support request at 1656BST, about five hours after logging it saying the issue was fixed which it is indeed.

    Yup same all working now, but still it would be nice for when things go wrong to have a blog post or something to let folks know what is going on..
