    ...,this has beome absolutely preposterous.

Earlier today (Friday) my cart and the banner indicated I was on Day 6,after my pruchase on Thrusday evening. Now it's back to Day 5 again.. Submitted the ticket earlier today yet no reply other than the acknolefgement the ticket was received.

Was out for the day, got home and was about to purchase what I had in the cart before the 23:59 deadline when I saw this. So why am I having yet another day deducted 23 minutes before the store rolls over to Saturday?

The last day for this offer is Sunday 7/31. Today is still Friday 7/29 with about 30 minutes to go before Daz "Zero Hour" so I sjhould still at least be be at Day 6 not 5 (technically Day 7).

We need a reply and a reason here on this thread here and now as to what kind of rubbish is going on and why the discounts keep mysteriously decreasing. If I don't make the purchase it will probablly go back to Day 4. causing me to lose 2 days.

Excuse any  any typos but this has gone beyond frustrating to maddening.   This is a total farce and a bad way to treat long time customers such as myself and others here.

Three to  five days before an action can be taken is too long and the offer will be over by then.

I figured I might as well get the 3D printing license for all the DOs I own, even though I don't have any intention of actually 3D printing anything, but I don't see a 3D printing license button on any of the products. For that matter, I also don't see interactive licenses, either, but switching to an incognito window suggests that that's a conflict with either the Daz-Deals plugin or simply being logged in.

edit: turns out I had my Daz-Deals set to hide additional licenses, but the 3D printing license doesn't appear to have launched yet regardless.

It's in the process of launching. Will likely take a couple of hours for them to be added on to all of the Daz Originals. After the licenses have been added to the products then the necessary caches need to be cleared and your browser has to give up on it's lovingly stored copy of the product page it has squirlled away on your computer. Only after all of those steps are done you'll start seeing them pop up.

So as was foretold by the magic 8-ball: Reply hazy, try again later.

So, in order to get the free printing licenses for the DO's owned prior to 12 July do I have to go through and add 1,400 licenses individually for each of the 1.4k DOs that I own? That would be an almost impossible task. Is there any chance this could be automated ?

Edit to correct: I misstated the number of DOs I have. Actually, I own over 14,000 DOs and it it would take me almost forever to add the licenses individually.

Yes, thats the Question I wanted to ask too.

How do I add 313 pages of Product Library?

First of all, I have to be able to add the licence to anything. That doesn't seem to be working at all at the moment. I hit the "add licence" option and nothing happens. Even adding a licence to an item I don't have just gets stuck on "adding to cart". There can't be a "cache" issue of a page I never been to before. It'll get sorted...eventually.

Don't know if they work or not, but the referal links are back.

Celebrate a big weekend of savings!

Get an EXTRA 10% OFF* your cart on Aug. 3 when you spend $25-$50
OR get an EXTRA 15% OFF* when you spend over $50

    Not very clear.

Does the required spending ($25+ or $50+) has to be done in one purchase or is it cumulated on several purchases? In the latter case, does the purchases have to be done today or during the whole week-end?

DAZ Store reminds me more and more of what Babylon 5's Ivanova said "No Boom today, Boom tomorrow. There's always a Boom tomorrow."...

EDIT: you know, if you roll out such large features, you could just add a message on the shop page: "We are currently rolling out function X today. The function X will not work properly for all users until tomorrow. Thank you for understanding."

Being open like that builds trust and makes happier customers than the current "Boom" you are delivering. Just saying. smiley

    Hi there,

Adding licenses shows it is available at a rate quoted, but have yet to see free licenses for items before 12 July 2022, and also, when ticking the box to add the license that is currently shown with a charge, simply doesn't do anything. It doesn't add it to the cart and I clear cookies/cache every 24 hours.

    Thanks.

Y'know, this "building trust and making customers happier" thing you mention isn't modern marketing strategy... nowadays it's all about the "Boom!" on the social media and the internet.

And even a couple years ago DAZland reminded me more of the marketing ideas of pre-glasnost Soviet Union than of western ones. The "take it or leave it, we don't care" feeling grew stronger over the years for me..

I'm having the same issue with nothing happening when I click the Add License button.

I wish there was a batch method, as it would take a while to add the licenses for the 3178 DOs I have purchased to my cart... frown

Yeah, I think the manual process simply isn't practical for those of us who have addictive personalities and no impulse control are loyal DAZ customers of long standing. Automating the process of simply granting licenses to all qualifying users will cost DAZ a certain amount of developer time, but it will probably impose substantially less load on their servers than having thousands of DAZ customers all try to add hundreds or thousands of product licenses manually.

Yep, I agree. We need an automated process.  I own over 14,000 DOs and it would take me almost forever to add the licenses to them.

Also, all the time I am adding the licenses manually I will not be able to shop and purchase items from DAZ.

The "refer a friend" banner still shows up, but the referal info is missing from my account page. Either it's still active or it's not.Which is it?

It is missing from my account page also.

There is a message, under My Account -- Alerts and Messages, where you can click "Learn More" and it directs you to this page: https://www.daz3d.com/daz-referral, where you have to scroll down and click "Get Referral Code". Which redirects you back to your My Account page with no referral code.

    So simple and easy. /sarcasm

Yep, that's where you can find the message from the banner notices if you dismiss them by clicking the X.

Since there's been no official statement on the matter, I'm assuming there was some issue with the links not working. To ward off the flood of tickets they'd get over the weekend, they'd just quietly removed it from the account page. For whatever reason, they didn't or couldn't cancel the banner notifications/site messages and associated pages, basically leaving it all in a state of limbo. Since it's officially the business weeked in US MDT, it's unlikely to be sorted any time soon. It apparently was set to run till 8/31. There's still time, assuming it gets fixed before then. I was hoping to wrangle a referal or two for those sweet deals and phantom "sale", but that's probably not happening. Oh well...

    It's still there for me...

Ok, adding 3D licences worked now,

Just spend 30 minutes to "purchase" 71 free licences - How do I add now the rest of my owned 7612 DO items?

    Also have some other Questions:

I´m now the prowd owner of a 3D print licence for a shader pack (it was free so I tried if this is possible) - how about limiting 3D Print licences to products with a printable mesh in it? - (no shader or texture packs)

How about these awfull new outfit bundles, just because someone thought that its a great idea to split sandals, panty and top I have to pay tripple the price for a licence as for a "all in one" outfit?

Oh - discovered a new one!

Please do exclude pose packs from these 3D print licences, don´t see any sense in that.

And lights - how do I 3D print "Amazing Brilliant Iray Lights with colors" ?

Well, you might print a model with a particular pose or texture. So, maybe print licenses would be required for them.

And do not use a DLP or SLA printer - there might be problems with interfering lights.

We are told that Daz agrees that the concern with having a large library is a good point. Nothjing will happen over the weekend but they will be having a good look at it next week.

"You’re on day 5 of STACKING!"

Something is really wrong.. I should be on Day 7 now... 2 days have disappeared. It was on Day 5 yesterday too and I purchased something and it was already wrong because the day before it said Day 6... . But it still is at Day 5 now.
