@MJC, does what you said about scale mean that if I want to attach a profile to a figure for example instead of a light bulb mean that I would need to scale it?
If you go to light manufacturer websites, many of them have IES profiles for their products for download. You can get yourselves quite literally hundreds of ies profiles for free, ranging from small bulbs to industrial floodlights. Here are more free apps for creating your own ies profiles.
