hmmm no discounts showing on the Daz Originals as yet....the PA stuff seems to have their discounts right....
Keep checking, prices kicked in just a little while on the bundles for me.
V7 Pro Bundle also doesn't currently have PC+ or Summer Punch sale pricing when they get put in the cart. (Not sure if the latter applies, actually.) You see the web page at a discounted price of $66 and change (PC+ only), put the bundle in the cart, and it jumps up to $94.22 in the cart itself.

Check the grand total; it's not showing up in the top section, but the bottom section is bringing it down to $59-ish for me. (I bought one new item, that I was going to buy anyway, the pose stuff, to bring me to 10 punches.) My reading is that $59ish is about right; 51% new item+PC+, 10% punch discount.Interestingly, I wonder how much the punch GC discount mixes with the V7 GC discount...

Ah, OK.
For what it's worth, I downloaded G3F essentials and took a look at her material zones. That is ... some radically different stuff. Almost back to V3 stuff. The arms and legs are split into separate templates, the nails are off on their own, the ears have been removed from the torso and put on the same template as the head. It's a much bigger change than from V4 to V5/6. The mouth is Gen4 style, but inverted top to bottom. Converters are going to be ... interesting.

Some Leyton hair renders are 3delight (not great renders nor full body but they are there :red: )
Note: with the new official render stamps, if it doesn't say Iray DS render it means is a 3delight DS render. We are told not to add "3delight" explicitly, at least for now.
I agree DAZ should have 3delight promos if 3delight mats are included in the product. Strange when they aren't. :long:

Your Leyton hair was about the only thing so far that I really want LOL!!!!
I noticed there were a couple of renders which didn't have the iray logo which was awesome to see :-) (and there's even a poser render!)

yeah it sucks being Australian right now...currency conversion is so bad that the pro bundle is WAY outta my price reach. I don't buy like I used to cos of that.
..as it does if you are on a very fixed income in the States as well.
It took me quite a while (as well as a lot of scrimping and saving) to get to the point where I feel satisfied that I have what I need for both Genesis 1 and 2 to proceed on my creative ideas (like my story). No way can I afford to purchase a whole new stable of Gen 7 figures/characters, (even just the base ones as I rarely bother with any of the bundles anyway since most of the clothing included is fantasy or skimpwear).. Moving G3 would also mean having to invest even more resources into purchasing the various plugins I have like Skin Builder Pro and Generation X2 (provided some even get updated) as well as various morph and texture kits.
As I alluded to in my previous post, I did not expect to see the actual release of Genesis3 until Studio Pro 5.0. (even though I happened on some advanced information that most likely was not intended for public release).
Personally, I would have rather seen an "open ended" cloth and/or hair dynamics engine which many of us have been requesting for years.

The mats are pretty good for both, just look different from each other.
didn't use any lights either just straight out render, doing another test now using gen 2 items on her
The default V7 mats for 3Delight look very good with the Ageofarmour advanced lights. i did not test uber as I dont use uber lights.
Here is G3 (Jean mat) and V7, rendered in 4.8 with 3Delight and Fred Winkler's characters light which are an Uber/Regular mix. (find them under Lights or Light Presets, and FWArt or FWSA, they come with a lot of Fred's characters so you probably have them) They are kinda middle of the road intensity but can be brightened in the light tab a fair bit before they start blowing out specular.

ok just letting you know I broke down had to have her and bought the pro bundle which was in us $66.13 which equaled in our Australian $88.67 so now you know our price if you decide to get her

ok got the pro bundle few things different you get two versions of a lot of stuff you get iray versions as well as 3delight versions of the content which is kinda handy giving you that option as I've noticed some of my content doesn't render well in iray also in pro bundles of the adults you get the genitalia this appears automaticly on your adults if you have however it is setup differently on V7 so if you don't want her to be barbie doll like if you want it on her you have to add it by selecting from anatomy which will appear grey on her so you have to select it then in materials of your gen3 characters select their skin tone
