  • They seem to have general issues with scripts. Automated adding of an item to a qualifying account - did not work. They tried again with anaother type of promo. Did not work either. But then, with Victoria 9, that just must work - it did not. Now, adding credit to qualifying accounts - still does not work. Whoever is responsible for such scripting should prepare very well to answer some questions.

    I thought this Store Credit was suppose to be here on the 7th?  What happend?  any get theirs yet?  sad

    I don't know whjy it didn't go out on Monday, but yesterday the people who need to run this were absolutely swamped. It is hoped that it will be issued today.

    The survey a few months back and I think the last few before all had some comments section.  I too was looking forward to voicing my opinion!

    I've started using the ratings/feedback on the purchase confirmation page, which still has a comment box (2 boxes if you only give 1-2 stars) for all my feedback. Even if it's not related to the current purchase. And I use it for praise too.

    Not that I wanna buy anything lately. Much to my chagrin, I look at what's on offer today and it's a bunch of....swimsuits? Really? I have almost no clothes for G9 and yet I already have TWO swim suits. No thanks. LOL

    This is getting quite ridiculous really. I'm irritated, especially since DAZ can't be even be bothered - again! - to deal with the situation themselves. So far, I can't say I regret ending my DAZ+ subscription. This is not the kind of business behavior that I want to support.

  • Wow, mine just came through as I was placing my order! So got the discount on those items for 1.99 with purchase of a new item, the banner sale, store credit plus could use my coupon :-) WIN WIN.

    Maybe next time they manage to do it by some automated process... they are supposed to have some people working for them that should be able to do a script for stuff like this, I would have guessed devil

    It's less about the credit itself and more about "Keeping your word to your customers should be one of your top priorities." The credit isn't a random gift - Daz directly asked people to take the time to fill out a survey in exchange for a credit on a specified date. And if that date couldn't be kept, simple communication from Daz about the issue - "We apologize for the delay" "The credit should be issued Wednesday" etc - could have gone a long way towards smoothing things over.

    Anyway, it's been issued now, at least. The sales I'd have put it towards have already ended, which is annoying, but I'll find a use for it.

  • hopefully something I can afford goes on sale soon I can put it towards

    I had a heap of things wishlisted I wanted that it would have paid half of one but all reverted to full price once I got it blush

    only 2 dear items on my 70 item wishlist on 40% now, I knew it!

    I am not DAZ+ I see they now have some nice sales crying
