    Have you applied the base materials?

    Do you accidently have Smooth Shaded draw style selected? Your screenshot does not show that detail.

    Some OOT hairs load without a material applied so they're easier to see and pose. Select the hair and double-click this icon in the materials folder first, THEN the hair color you want. You'll immediately see why the hair loaded like this -- objects with transparency have a weird appearance in the OpenGL preview that makes them harder to work with.

    It's fixed now, thanks guys. I wasn't used to seeing the hair assets load this way but yes it was something as simple as adding material. Apologies clogging up the thread.
