Ahhh, got it. Thanks for your patience! (You'll need patience to stick with the video but I am so pleased to get sound to play with).
well I got NBN today so uploaded an extrememely long boring one to test times and it only took half an hour
my music sort of free, used a midi keyboard but can use qwerty one was VSTi in SAVIhost and Audacity
And one can buy games off NewEgg ,,then ??
Oops I forgot I bought Roller coaster tycon via NewEgg. now to figure out if that was a steam game or I need to figure out where to download the game I got from New Egg. They even have like a 5 pack of steam games for a low cost. That is how I got 4 nights at something or something like that. Or is it 5 nights?
edit Here are my steam games. All but Left 4 Dead were gotten via New Egg. Left 4 Dead was gotten at Amazon. Yet another edit: I forgot to attach the screenshot of my games.
hexagon is free? https://www.daz3d.com/hexagon-2-5-download-version
is hexagon uvmapping unvomplicated?
I like that video, very creative watched it all the way through, if not for the music alone. That is very nice done sounds like a cinematic soundtrack to me with a subtile progression every ten minutes or so.
One thing I noticed is you have used "hard panning" for both VSTs - one instrument seems to play only on the right the other only on the left. That may not be an issue if you play it on a stereo but if you listen to it with headphones it is a bit distracting. Otherwise realy nice score and selection of sound-pads, it creates a tention that you would expect from a horror movie. I can hear you know how to play the keys.
Being deaf in one ear sometimes can put me at a disadvantage for stereo mixing for headphones as I find them impossible to use it may not have been as obvious on my speakers, I do hear stereo and can certainly tell if quadraphonic or 5.1 but differently to most as it’s more a spacial experience
_ alright then _ _ thanx for remarks

Hello Wendy

Hello wendy

see you later
tomorrow is better
cause many library use linux
Thanks
I am afraid I am a very simple user, I just use readymade programs know nothing of code, compiling and stuff, I only do 3D modeling and animation and music composition really on my computer,
I don’t even know how to do spreadsheets and PowerPoint and stuff or use Word
hi again
personnaly i use text to wav from
http://dnasoft.web.fc2.com/soft/texttowav/index.html
its in english its little 3 mo and use the voice of microsoft
work very well with daz studio and mimic
i tested with "le renard et le corbeau" from jean de la fontaine
I have E speak and Balabolka and about 20 TSS voices, it was the Google AI one I wanted
that was the problem not using text to speech
sorry for the misunderstanding
I even have music score programs with virtual singers
they all have a robotic sound
the neural one sounds more convincing
I can just type in the webpage test and capture it on Audacity, not sure of the legality of that though and a bit iffy using stereomix as feeds back
The WASAPI option on Audacity stopped working a fair few Windows updates ago, that was easier as bypassed using speakers as mic input
I was in search of a good "text to speech" solution myself some time ago. I found this Acapela company that sells those good sounding voices.
Here is the demo page unfortunately they've added the backroud music about a year ago. Seems people like me have used this demo page alot instead of buying the voices.
https://acapela-box.com/AcaBox/index.php
I use the infovox speechpad and the german voice I use sounds natural with pronounciation and speech flow. What I'm missing is some kind of control like tags in between the text to "script" how the voice will pronounce single words or different parts of the text.
Acapela sells the voices in different versions like happy, sad or wispered, but I wonder how you would switch those while the voices read a text.
https://www.acapela-group.com/solutions/infovox-4/
Well the best you could do is propably record your voice and if you can't aford to have different voice actors speaking you could use a voice changing app like MophVox. They have a few voice Packs here:
http://screamingbee.com/product/voicepacks.aspx
Here is the download page for the "Free" junior MorphVox App and all the free voice packs:
https://screamingbee.com/product/download.aspx
Acapella charge exhorbitant prices for use in videos
I have MorphVox the pro version for my voice
I was specifically after the Google AI
sorry for the misunderstanding
I have and use a lot of TTS and voice changing software
I was sharing the Google AI which has been recently made available just not in a binary build and the best TTS I have heard
I've just added the link to MorphVox cause it's free.
What I wanted to say is that even the best TTS will just read the text but real voice acting puts in emotion with the melody of the voice. Traditional TTS seems to detemin the pronounciation just by the punctuation marks.
Since you mentioned the virtual singers, I once thought of taking the recorded TTS voice and put a "vocoder" ontop or "pitch bend" the voice melody somehow with so called envelope curves but I guess that is where it starts to sound robotic.
Acapela seems to be the market leader so they can sell their voices for whatever price they want.
Infovox offers to add words into a lexicon with a Pronunciation Editor where you can script every letter of the word with phonemes that descripe how the word will be spoken. Thats the kind of control I was talking about and automated TTS often fails for example if my gps navigation tries to pronunce some foreign language street names it can sound funny.
I haven't headed Google AI speaking yet must be some development for the alexa voice.
you can test it here
https://cloud.google.com/text-to-speech/
Thanks Syrus_Dante!, The free tool is good for folks to know about.
That japanese text-to-speech tool is new to me, so thanks for that one too.
Sorry Wendy, I don't know much about the google tool. I'm kind of shunning that company these days, but will probably bee willing to sell my soul for a project if needed, so it is interesting to know about it.
I just started a new thread on lip-sync/voice-change/text-to-speech where we can consolidate our chatter on these kinds of tools:
https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/336351/voice-change-lip-sync-text-to-speech-music-audio-tools-for-projects
--ms
I captured it using Audacity because it was the only way I could think of
wow - generally pretty listenable - plausible inflection and emotion - a far cry from the usually robotic nature of TTS.
interesting. 4 million words free?
--ms
Well if you can build a user interface
I cannot so just tested the demo page and captured my speakers
