I went the old route
Really nice :)
wow, awesome! (somewhy josie never was winner to me, i love pixie, ally mayve good base for mixing with other chars
Amazing!
I also have mixed her with the other morphs.
very cool!
Cool!
I thought Ally low-key looked Asian; boy-Ally definitely looks Asian.
After I posted this, I was watching a TV show on Netflix and in one episode, the singer Lee Sung-Jong was a guest... and I've never seen a person walking around and talking that looked exactly like he should be a Thorne character before. I think if I'd worked harder to make Ally less toony, I'd have ended up with this guy; the serendipity made me laugh.
I wasn't initially sold on the character, but having played with it, it's cute and I think might blend well at low levels to make some seriously pretty people.
Thank you!
Yeah, my main use of Thorne morphs is to mix them in at low levels :)
Jonas (and Jessai's Aerys, who's basically a Thorne character) see a lot of use that way.
Really cool character mix!
I did some dial mixing between Feng's Eleanor and Ally and used Eleanor's skin. Added two copies of VOSS Hair for G9, one colored black and one grey (from Wolfie over in Rendo). Lights are from Render Studio preset scenes. A little Photoshop to finish off.
This render remins me how much I like Pixie 9. It's like all G9 characters get either "well, good enough, I suppose?" or "meh" reaction from me, but not Pixie and Genghis.
If only I had an idea how to justify these two in same render.
I haven't done much with Gen 9's yet, but Ally 9 only comes with one eye color? The promos show more colors, but I only see one in the product.
Wow, that looks great!
This is true for a lot of the Gen 9s as the Gen 9 Essentials Expansion ( https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-9-starter-essentials-expansion ) comes with a bunch of eye colours (and variations of each one). It's to stop us having so many versions of the same basic eyes. Special eye sets are still sold or more unique eyes with some characters.
Edit: Got the wrong product
That makes sense. Thanks for explanation.
