    Thank you Charlie. I do have that item on my wishlist. It is very nice, but it is the hip tied scarf over the skirt is the item I have been looking for. :-)

    MoonK-TG skirt is closer to what I am looking for.

    Hi Peter, thank you taking the time to reply. That is a nice outfit which I wil scoop up, but as I mentioned previously it is really a hip tied scarf that is worn over a hip high skirt that is slitted on the same side as the knot for the scarf. Maybe these links illustrate my idea.
