    Hey... I was successfully ignoring this thread for quite a while and now I'm going to have to relearn how to ignore it because someone had to dig it's rotting corpse from the shallow grave to which it had been flung... Or something like that, but my point is... I wonder... I don't think I actually had a point... I probably should have had a cute cat picture ready... So I could distract people from me not having a point... Unfortunately most of the cats I know are in witness protection and don't like having their pictures taken... That and they are not all that photogenic. I think one might actually be a possum who likes to cross-species dress... Not to say he is not beautiful in his own special way... He is not, but it not to say that... Just keep it in mind in case you ever meet him... He is a hot mess... He kinda looks like you stretched out a grey and white cat, electrocuted him, rubbed olive oil into his fur, dragged him in back of jeep down a dusty road for several miles, then threw him into a washing machine with old socks and underwear and used a really cheap off-brand detergent, then tossed him in the dryer on high for twenty minutes... It's like "Well, hello little kitty... Whaaaa... What the hell are you!?!? "... Its clear he is using Fun Fur on his bald tail (I think he got idea from that rich guy I keep seeing on the news)... It's kinda sad because nobody wants to pet him (possum-cat... But nobody wants to pet that other guy either).. And I'm sure the chronic flatulance isn't helping (again, possum-cat, but that other guy does look pretty gassy too), but still it's sad...

    I sometimes feel bummed out because I don't have a cute cat that lets met dress them up or pose them with toast or melon rinds on their head... I had a cat a long time ago and she was real cool... She taught me a lot of stuff about cats (secret stuff that cats who let you dress them up in fruit peel body armor don't know about)... She was actually one of those rare cats that would come to your defense if she thought you were in trouble (she attacked my friend when we were practicing stage fighting), but God help me if I tried to put sunglasses on her that she did not pick out herself (my cat)... I'm pretty sure she would have disemboweled me in my sleep if I'd have attempted such an indignity.  But that's a whole other lifetime ago... Now I don't have a cat... Technically,  nobody "has a cat"... Cats allow you the privilege of cohabitation... Well, real cats... Toast head cats don't care what the arrangements are, as long as there is a spot of tuna involved, you can dress them up in a silk négligée for all they care... But now I'm catless and the best I can do is hang out with a really scraggly looking possum-cat.
