Modeled by somebody called "JJJ" and rigged for MMD (Miko Miko Dance) by "MMDCharizard" of Deviant Art, here's the Rhedosaurus, also known as "The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms". I imported the .PMX model into Blenderand exported the mesh as a Collada based .DAE file which Poser is able to load and retain some bare bones "rigging". MMDCharizard normally focuses upon East Asian kaiju, so it was a pleasant surprise to see this notable Ray Harryhausen creation.
As it was not originally geared for either Poser or DAZ, bends become woefully distorted past a certain point, but I was able to adjust enough for the render below.
I didn't have any early 20th century metro type buildings on hand, so I opted for "Le Village" by Faveral. I tossed in a couple of period cars to further help emphasize the dino's scale. Why are there no people? Shoot, they already fled the scene! Okay, okay, I just didn't feel like populating the environment, but it would make sense citizens would have "high tailed" it.
And here's the render "Photoshopped" to look like a well worn second or third generation distribution reel of the movie.
an aquaintence thought the altered image would also work as a newspaper photograph. Personally, I would have reduced the color range to black and white with "dithering" to create that dotted newspaper photo effect.
Anyway, here's a link to the Deviant Art page for "MMDCharizard"h where you can find all sorts of giants monsters for download.

Here's an image I made out of a photo I shot and a render I did specifcally for this shot. Can you spot the Time Travel easter egg?

Uh, arguably the partially crushed paper cup just a bit to the left (viewer's POV) of the "credit text" in the lower right quadrant of the image?
I was looking for a literal time travel device, like a police box, a DeLorean, or Wah Chang's iconic Victorian brass and wood machine.
Sincerely,
Bill
Ha ha, Bill! You got it - you just won yourself a one way trip to The Future, redeemable one day at a time, congratulations!
