    i still use the old mill cat and dog - with the fur presets that are on AM's site, they looks SO much better. But yeah, I would definitely buy a new domestic cat and dog from him, especially with LAMH fur on them and different breeds. My computer does kinda choke when I use the LAMH in iray, but with simple scenes, I can get it done. :D

    Agreed. The fur presets really make a huge difference. I mean, just look at the base of Wolf 2.0, compared to the one with the fur. You wouldn't believe it was the same animal.

    Here's a comparision render of the Jaguar and Leopard using the aforementioned LAMH hair and trhe same image without the fur, rendered in 3DL because I was too lazy to convert over to Iray. wink The background is Stonemason's Cloud Temple.

    Difference it's like day and night if you ask me, even if it's an animal with a very short fur.

    I went to go have a look at these thinking wow I need to pick those up!  and realized I already had lolol.  Now I just have to remember to use them.  Honestly I have no problem owning both of them, just like people, no two animals are the same and having some that are different in a render with more than one animal is a bonus to me.

    well we do know new dog and cat is coming from AM with lots of breeds too :) we do have a husky using wolf 2 base, still no rabbits yet want a fluffy cuddly bunny too and lots of poses for all these animals including expressions and lots of playful poses and weird cat ones

    I want more poses for the African Elephant - at least to match the Asian Elephant, if not more. Especially moving the ears, eyes, head and mouth. Plus trunk.

    ...wrong kind of "kitty". Somehow I don't think my character Leela would appreciate having a panther or leopard looking to curl up on her lap while she was in the study reading.

    The new house cat they are preparing at HW looks amazing and it's next in line for release after the cub. They've posted images in the forums there.

    The cubs have arrived and they're the cutest. Perhaps with another texture they'd make kittens? Anyone knows anything about retexturing it? I'd give it a shot but I'm worthless at that stuff :(

    Thank you RAMWolff!!! She's so cute that there's no wrong angle to render her in.

    I transferred in PS an old Milcat2 texture to the cub but it doesn't look like a cat at all. I hope we get a new kitty just as cute but this one wont do.

    I think the housecat will be released at Hivewire first. I'm standing by with my credit card. DAZ has had far too long to make a cat and dog.It has been... Years.... I'm willing to reward the other stores initiative for getting it on market faster.

    In the 3D world the ratio of cats to catsuits is probably about 1 to 100. Seems strange with all the funny cat pics and videos on the internet.... you would think that would translate to 3D renders and animations.
