That would be an Intel video chip, I think. In which case there may not be a lot you can do, though lowering the viewport preview mode might help (and you could always check for an updated driver).

    started the lamh
loaded the milcat long hair preset
it loads to 20000 hairs then
    daz crashes
    with this message
    DAZStudio.exe caused ACCESS_VIOLATION in module "C:\Windows\system32\ig4icd64.dll" at 0033:0000000008674B60

Ability to adjust your hair and save as a movement morph via a slider dial. You can preview, edit and update each one and save when happy. So you make your hair, save as base, make adjustment, save as preset one, dial up preset one and watch it change...

I am planning on getting this product at some point because I love the fact you can add hair to animals and people, and hopefully it will be easier than hair plugin by PhilC since I never figured that out fully. But I am wondering how the activation works, I do not have internet at home, I usually take my laptop somewhere with internet to donwload stuff and then install at home on my PC. I have internet on my phone but I cannot tether, would I be able to use my phone to help activate?

Activation can happen any of several ways. In the base method, all you need is a web connection (not necessarily from the machine being registered). If that isn't available, feel free to PM me or email (krsears (at) trdc.biz) and I'll take care of activating you.

I don't know how possible it is, but more texturing options for .obj export would be good.

Real hair is a mixture of colours - lighter, darker, and grey hairs ( :( )

But I suppose it would be a complex task to assign surfaces to individual hairs and somehow randomise it?

Not to rush but this update is taking as long as the original plugin guys. DANG! Keep going. Luckily I'm so busy with studying Blender and getting my freebie packs worked on that I don't really think about this too much but am still looking forward to it's re-release.

    Cheers..

We call this "multifig" in LAMH terms. Yes, it's coming.

We apologize for the delays, we are busy compensating for unexpected "new" things. The new DS beta has delayed us a little bit as some things we weren't expecting changed.

A few things that were being reserved for 1.1 are going to be showing up in 1.05 and interim releases. We've decided that we're going to start releasing updates more often with smaller additions than larger updates with more things.
