I used to have one that was a Lightwave model converted to obj format.
Unfortunately a number of crashes & destroyed hard drives mean it's lost to time.
I downloaded it from who3d.co.uk, but at the moment some of the links to the models (the umbrella) aren't working
I just tried it myself...
http://who3d.co.uk/tardis/really-old/page/4/
...and sadly, the question mark handle umbrella link is, indeed, "broken". Thing is, several other items CAN be downloaded.
I've long wanted the Dalek movie saucer Rob Semenoff displays on that page, but he never offered that one as a download.
Here's a possible solution, a .DTL file from Thingiverse for the "question mark" handle...
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6529206
...you can just add to the umbrella model of your choice, You might even have one that opens and collapses. The one Rob Semenoff once shared was modeled as unfurled.
Hmm, the download links are acting a bit weird 9at least for at the moment) when I try to access them from Rob's site itself.
But...if one types the exact URL into the address bar, it'll work. So here's the link.

Keep in mind it's in .LWO (Lightwave format), so you may need to convert it depending upon the suite you wish to render it.
In anticipation for the newest season of Doctor Who debuting upon Disney+ this weekend, I depicted Mzzkiti attempting to pilot the TARDIS. Or maybe that's actually the Doctor having regenerated into a member of the CatKind species showcased in the episodes "New Earth" and "Gridlock". (A COVID lockdown presentation, "The Secret of Novice Hame"...
...written by former and returning showrunner Russell T. Davies himself implies this could happen!) Either way, it's just a silly fan art tribute one should not take too seriously.

Thirteen till I die! Made some improvements to the likeness, found a better sonic and coat, and customised the TARDIS to be a bit more accurate.
Bill - love the idea, but wouldn't it be more fitting for The Master to regenerate as cat-kind, seeing as he was part way evolving into cheetah at the end of Survival? personally I'd like to see a feline Doctor, but the expense and discomfort of having to wear prosthetics and fur for three seasons might be a bit grueling for the actor. of course, if they used cgi and brought Cameron in, that could be a thing.
Maybe Brannigan is, himself, the Nth iteration of the titular Time Lord?

For Eustice: if so, he seemingly has "fobwatched" himself. I mean, he could feigned ignorance, but Tennant's Doctor would have sensed Brannigan was, at the very least a TimeLord if not a future incarnation.
For NightKin: yeah, the makeup would be horribly prohibitive for the title character. Shoot, it would be impractical for a traveling companion who usually has nearly as much screen time. Well, they could have the companion sporting some sort of "perception filter" most of the time and save the "cat" form for special moments, but that kinda' defeats the purpose. Eventually, we may reach a point when "Avatar" type character insertion driven by performance capture can be done for TV level productions, but we're not there...yet. I know somebody will mention Madame Vastra and that is a good point. But that makeup has the advantage of NOT needing punched fur fibers (into the appliance, not the actor's skin...ouch!) to complete the look. That detail adds a LOT more time to the process.
Hi, were these ever made for G8F and G8M? I use most digital creations Celebrity Series 112 for my Jodie Whittaker and Osuine for Genesis 8 Female by Sangriart for Clara but haven't been able to get a good Matt Smith.
I downloaded Rocz S7, S7/8 and S8 Tardis interiors years ago but don't know how to use Blender, so it was only yesterday that I actually managed to get the S7 into Daz Studio. Export .Obj was reversing the geometries but after much research into exporting issues, I tried .Fbx and it works a charm as long as the armitures and bones aren't exported. I exported the whole thing at .85% and it seems to be sized about right, now I am working on getting the textures right.
So, I need a Matt Smith for G8M and the Clara dress from the Christmas special for G8F would be magnificent as well.
Thanks for reading.
My Doctor
The Matt Smith one. Unless someone has both Joequicks Extraordinary men for G2 male, That has a "Smith" Morph. And RiversoftArts's G2 to G8M Character converter, but can't get it to convert and RiversoftArt tried to help, but doesn't have the Extraordinary men product so can't trouble shoot correctly.
If soemone has both these products, have you been able to convert Ex Smith to G8M?
I know it's supposed to be Tom Baker, but something in the face and stance (not the dimensions, thankfully!) screams "Andre the Giant" to me.
Good render, anyway!

The Doctor Who freebies have their own list in the Freebies forum. But thanks! Added to the freebie wiki (see my sig line).
