    As long as you have the 'wrong' stuff marked as 'mature content', it's actually okay to link there, because they have strong content controls.

    Deviant Art had built in filters so that "under age people can't see "inappropriate" images. Therefore, it is perfectly fine to post a link to your DA page since only those of us who have actually set our DA filters to see "mature" images will be capable of viewing them.

    I've quit my membership there, since I've had several virus alerts there. I guess their ads are not always safe.

    I pay for a dA membership,so I don't see any ads either. :) (I know your situation, KK, and I freely acknowledge it'd be an unnecessary luxury. Just noting for folks, that you don't see ads, including any problematic ones, if you do get a premium membership. In addition to the other cool stuff...)
