    I must have completely missed it. I figured it would be emailed. Do you download it directly from the plugin then?

    The plugin has a button for the STL.  Once that uploads it takes you to a webpage where (most of the time) it shows a few views of the model and you can select the fix quality (default has always been fine for me) then enter payment information.  Once you've done that, the page will start showing a progress bar as they crunch numbers, which will become the download button.

    Sometimes it just shows full-black views instead of the model views, but most of the time it works.

    Note that everything in your model needs to have a common root node, and you need to select that node as what you're uploading.

    Send an email to support as well, one of mine slipped through the cracks, and after i emailed them, it got processed
