I'm afraid someone has been chewing on this thread.
Dawww cute but not in my house
On behalf of all the users here , I would like to present to Richard Haseltine. The Official 2020 Thread Killa Award,
Your dedication to police the Daz forums and Kill any thread at anytime has won you the admiration and frustration of many of Daz forum users. Congratulations for a job well done . You deserve it
Gosh, what an unexpected honour. I am utterly speechless. I'd just like to say thank you to the academy, to the forum coders who made it possible to lock threads so easily, Daz for using the forum code that allows locking, my teachers for enabling me to read the label on the lock function, the forum posters who have, over the years, provided me with so many pretexts for locking, and of course the world in general for keeping me in a constant state of threadicidal rage.
I nearly spit my coffe all over my monitors when I read that last line "constant state of threadicidal rage." Bawa Ha Ha Ha . thats too funny right there now.! I may have to steal that quote for the future
Congratulations
Hat off for Richard for his faboulous post. I now need a new keyboard...
i still vividly remember my first richard demolitioned thread,
i was hosting a render challenge in the pc membs forum, spent 5 hours html coding pretty pictures and fonts.
bamm gone in an instant , cried another 5 hours for the 5 hours of coding i'd lost.
didnt have dream weaver back then, coded it manually
@RichardHaseltine , Even though I had to create a separate folder in Microsoft Outlook to handle all the "Post Removed" email, I am glad you are there. May you live long, be happy, and continue to moderate and kill threads for many years to come.
a reminder, the holidays are not a happy time for everyone
for me it is just another day of the year but for some it can be very depressing
a well known former DAZ PA Lisa B is in hospital with heart issues too so all remember her in your prayers
...thank you for the information about Lisa. Many, many, good vibes heading her way. Hoping for a quick recovery.
Have almost all of her plants in my library/runtime and find them indispensable.
I still follow a few old family Yule traditions on the Eve and Day, as well as New Year's but yeah, the "magic" of the season has faded over the years as I got older. Was a wondrous time when I was young.
My best wishes to Lisa (perhaps I should sacrifice a thread or two as an offering for her recovery).
@WendyLuvsCatz
Thanks for the informations about Lisa . here is hoping she has a full recovery .
Is that like throwing a sacrifice into a volcano hoping for results?
Precisely.
Boxes of fireworks give a good result.
Deepfakes are getting interesting

Somebody saw a mouse in the house yesterday.
