For the Mahaut's hair I used "Manhattan Hair and Newsboy Cap for Genesis 3 Female(s) and Male(s)" from EJordi

  • Thank you, everyone, for your kind words of encouragement.  Attached is my LAMH preset.  It is very rough, but I thought people might want to play with it.  Let me know if you have any problems with it or if you make any improvements ;)

Playing around some more with my custom LAMH preset for "Marguerite The Cow HD for Daz Horse 2". This time I wanted to explore how it looks full body and using some of the DAZ Horse 2 textures. No post work

Amazing!  I purchased the bundle but have had no time to explore the product yet.  Thanks for the great renders and sharing the LAMH.

Thank´s for the preset, I´ll give it a try. Btw: I couldn´t resist for I didn´t own the horse nor the cow and both together for around 15$ sounded very fair..

Next time you will see some hair ;)

Great product but somethings not working right with Daz. Two failed renders and tons of lagging.

Edit The first one crashed my system.Tried again with slight changes but it failed too. Just upgraded to newest version and newest beta.  May have to role back to an older Daz version.

Dang it, I passed on the girl and the barn, but I am going to rethink her now. She is very cute. Not a waif, but just a good size.  Was thinking of using the growing up morphs to experiment, but haven't had time to try.
What is the diorama? What exactly does it encompass? What's included on it?  Only diorama I've ever scene was in a museum in Atlanta about the Civil War. The whole display all around it was called a diorama.
Any idea what her clothing are hair are?  There isn't anything listed below.

I think "diorama" is a bit of a misnomer. It's the pedestal you see in my render (with the dirt path and grass/flowers/weeds).

Here's the same scene with 50% of Caryn HD dialed in.

Oh, ok, that clears that up. Many yr ago Ant Farm made several products like that and they were called 'stands'.   I have the movie set and another one that has lots of different tops and side mats. Can't think of what it was called. The move set one is still in the store.  Can't figure out why the other one is gone,

    Ant Farm.....where are you????

I was just horsing around with the cow (nyuck nyuck) and came up with "Linda the Cow Thinking About Geometry". And I desperately need to get that LAMH file posted earlier here - it is AMAZING! Thank you so much for sharing it. In a nutshell, my wife belives she had a cow when she was young, but it was kept on a neighbor's farm and she named it after a friend's mom whom she adored. The friend's mom was NOT impressed. HA HA!!  Later in life my wife suspects that the cow may not have ACTUALLY been hers, but was just a harmless game the adults played with her when she was little. <shrug>  In any case, I present:

I have trouble rendering the stable with the straw bundles made visible-they're basically fibermesh like Neftis or Redz hair, and my computer can be finicky about those. Try hiding the straw and see if it will work.

You want wings? Griffin Wings for DAZ Horse 2. Again, don't know if they can follow the cow morph, but they do conform to the chest.

Youdo know that those are Pegasus wings not griffin wings right? Griffins have the body of a lion and head of an eagle. The Griffin: The Legendary Creature - Mythological Bestiary See U in History - YouTube

Though people try and use it for a type of creature, Pegasus is just a named flying/winged horse. There's loads of other (including older) flying/winged horses from different (and the same) cultures too so calling them "Pegasus" or "Pegasi" wings doesn't really work either.

So I guess they'd be just... horse... wings!

(but theres also these https://www.daz3d.com/feathered-wings-for-all . Which I assume would work too)
