Put the extra pack and the car into your cart together, then the car discount should show up.
Don't take too long deciding, though, these "yesterday's offer as well" things are supposed to end at midnight DAZ time, but this isn't always exact.

The Futucar itself is outside of the 30-day sale price window, but still within the 60-day new item window.

Some of the vendor sales are a tad disappointing. Most of their items are still listed as new leaving maybe 1-2 items to consider.
Well, not too bad a first day (or days, since yesterday's rolled in.) I ended up getting the Escrima poses, My Man and the Everyday object pack for three punches,then broke down and picked up four more Maclean items I've been wanting (Stationary, ID Badges, the Suburban house and the Town Hall. I was on the fence about the veins, but ultimately I passed as they were only for M6 and Teen Jayden... this is a product that screams for the Freak and I've got a feeling there's an F6, with yet another character-specific texture map, lurking in the near future.

It was bugged yesterday, and probably should have been part of the discount, but apparently they've added it for today, as one of the 40/46/50/55% off items. (40/50 with no S6Pro, 1/2 items, 46/55 with S6Pro 1/2 items.)
Despite it not having DS mats, I picked it up at that price. I'll just wishlist some of DzFire's awesome car paint mats.

I think the official thread being only 3 pages long on the second day of March speaks volumes about how the "March Madness" sale has changed over the years.
I reached the second tier already and I managed to do it just getting the stuff I want. I have in the past in major sales bought things I didn't want to get the 'prize' or the bigger discount on things I did want. I am proud of myself. Let's hope I can keep that will power but with all the nice stuff they are releasing it will be hard.

The base figures are free. The base figures are Genesis, Genesis 2 female and Genesis 2 male.
V6 is similar to how you had to buy Steph 4. Aiko4 or Girl 4 to give the variations to the V4 figure.

I never had to pay for v4 or a4 just the character morphs and textures sets . when i said the bases models use to be free. I just stated the obvious .
beside all I did was ask if the v6 base was going to be on sale because most of the products for g2f are v6
and seeming the link I posted said V6 Base models which is what the v4 version that use to be free and now you also have to pay for was well I assumed Base model is a base model weather is v4 or v6 which still require g2f model mesh. would be on sale :)
But away I had mentions that the base models use to be free. but what I asked was if the v6 base model was going to be on sale .. which would only make sense seeming most of the products being sold on this site are for v6 and m6 for Genesis 2 figures.
and even though Gensis 2 is the mesh model for the figures like v6 amd m6 . The base models are still listed as Victoria 6 .. which require G2 mesh.. Not to split hairs .... But. The g2f Mesh Models are not V6 base models nor are the A6 0r S6, those are the base models that use the g2 fire bases as describes in their requirement descriptions.
It does not matter to me if they don't put v6 r m6 on sale.
i'll remove them from my wish list. No big deal.

V6 was on sale the very first day, and I'm sure will be again this month.
The 'base figure' is G2F which is free. Most items are compatible with G2F and only a few actually require V6.

I think what Pam was trying to point out was that you can still use the clothing that is on sale for V6 and M6 without actually having to purchase V6 and M6. You can use it on the Genesis 2 Base Male and Female figures (which are free and come with DAZ Studio). I don't think the intent was to say that putting V6 and M6 base on sale was a bad idea. I actually think it is a good idea. I can't guarantee it will happen, but I'll bring it up on Monday.

Not everyone bought V6 when it came out some people were late to the game and were buying other things like Shaders Environments and lighting sets.
V6 is a requirement for some g2f Products to be used . And yes I have already try using them with out v6 base model so I know first hand i need the base model.
Second. Back in 2007 _ 2009 V4 -m4-, A4 - H4, S4- D4 Base models were all free . if you wanted extra morphs you had to purchase them..
But the base model included the mesh and yes they were free But you also had to Buy the Daz Studio program at that time
along with A3 AND V3.
Now I relies times have changed and Base models are no longer free like they use to be . But i was asking if the base could be put on sale . maybe early in the MM sale so others who want V6-M6 products would have the base,,, I really don't see why i need to explain this..lol
G2F & G2M are not V6 -M6 base models . G2F & G2M are the figure mesh that is required in order to use the base models which are required to use V6/M6 HD products. g2f alone does not work well with v6 HD add-on products.
You all get so huffy & jumping to conclusions just because of a suggestion is not funny.
Either way, A4 is not a base model, A4 is a morph for V4 - it uses the very same base mesh, which is V4. Pretty much like V6 is a morph of G2F.

I bought V6,M6 HD bundle a while back for 40% off I think I got it for $24 on sale I thought it may have worked like some of the other things for g2f i got . but it really does require the base models I think to get the results i want. & I can't bring myself to pay $40 each for a base models.
so I wished listed it until MM sale hoping they be 40% off or more.
That is why I suggested if it could be included in the mm sale. if I could get it early in the MM sale it may help in deciding on weather or not to buy other M6/v6 products. I really don't want or need the starter or pro bundles sets just the M6 and V6 base. so I can use the hd set I ready have.
either way A4 S4 H4 was still free though ;)

Yah; today I just picked up the ropes and futucar... I have to admit I don't do much in the way of DiD (Dude/Damsel in Distress) but they're an awesome idea, and I know a few folks on dA who'd love it. :) I've done one with the Futucar, I still have to put together a scene with the ropes...

Well, thanks! Using solely the Advanced Ambient lights plus DS default spotlights and distant lights (no UE) makes a lot more types of renders possible in the amount of time I can afford to allot. They handle layered transparency, water, etc. much faster with similar quality results.
*Sigh* And today the sale is pointless because the site will not let me buy anything.
Logs me out every time I hit the 'Checkout' button. Every. Single. Time. And then tells me that there is nothing in my cart. Have submitted a ticket, but it's Sunday...
Fortunately, what's in my cart was posted today so it ought to carry over to tomorrow -- assuming they fix it tomorrow. Assuming that what's in my cart stays in my cart. It didn't since last night late and this morning.
You could try actually logging out and then logging in again .
Take a screen shot of your cart to prove that you are trying to purchase them at the right time.
