    Just for the record, I just placed an order for 2 items from the 50% off sale ( Mesh grabber rotations add on & Dial control) they both showed up 50 % off in my cart, added my monthly PA coupon which took off the 6.00$ checked out using store credit, processed instantly and shows up in DIM for download with no issues.     @Kharma, There was some odd issue with the Addon that for some reason requires the DIM installer. It's on Daz's end, and nothing the PA can do. Did you download and install the Addon via DIM? If so, you should be good to go, (assuming you already have Mesh Grabber, of course!) The Rotations Addon adds functionality to the existing Mesh Grabber, so you won't see another tool, but you will see addtional options in the Tool Settings tab. The Addon also requires the latest version of Mesh Grabber, so you may need to update that, if you haven't already.

    If you can't seem to download and install the Addon, the PA may be able to help. You can get help, and more info from the commercial thread for the Mesh Grabber Rotations Addon here, (if you need the link.)

    @LAdair I was able to download and install both items I bought without issue, what wasn't showing in my product library was the usual info regarding the items such as purchase date etc, now all it shows is the info about using Daz central. I wasn't happy about the l missing information we have become accustomed to seeing in our product library

    Ah. I misunderstood. As for the product library issue, there is a thread for that, if you're interested: Not a fan of the new product library layout

    The veil is not included with the outfit or accessories, it is part of Sugar Hair, which did not make it here from RDNA. The materials were provided to match the outfit.

    Hi everyone, nice PA sales start! Just wanted to point out that the 20% additional coupon (2020-FEST) which can be used on 4 or fewer items in the cart unfortunately does count the two freebies as well - the free HD addon and the DO freebie that come with the new purchase. It would be real nice if this could be fixed, otherwise it should maybe state 'two additional items' instead. Thanks and have a lovely day!

    Anybody purchased and found the stuff in DIM. My DIM has nothing new, neither todays new releases I bought nor the older freebies.

    Kinda pointless in having a sale where noone seems able to download their purchases, perhaps it would have been an idea to postpone the PA sale until the problems were rectified.

    for all those having issues with items showing up on DIM: I made an order yesterday in the morning and had same issues.. items in the library and downloadable via Connect (which I don't use) or manually but not on DIM. I was finally able to find them there only this morning, after 24 hours, minute more minute less.. I paid with PayPal, as usual..

    I think it's intermittent as others reported theirs populated but my DIM still had no downloads looking later

    also CloudFlare is being affected by a huge outage from another related  service according to Apple News

    I'm not sure this is strictly a glitch, but it's something for buyers to be aware of ...

    The 2020-FEST coupon -- good on 4 items or fewer -- gets applied to the free products that you get when you buy two or more new releases.

    So if you choose two new releases, add a free HD item, and a free DAZ original item, the 2020-FEST coupon applies quite nicely to the two new releases, for a combined discount of 60% off (the free items remain free, of course). But if you add another item to the cart, expecting to see that get 20% off as well, you'll be disappointed: you now have 5 items in the cart, and the 2020-FEST coupon stops working.

    This is technically what you ought to expect from the wording on the sales page -- but it's something to bear in mind when you're planning your buys.

    what else have you got in the cart? under 4 items? are any of those "free select do's" also in the vendor sales perhaps? It works for me - I have the predatron bushes in there and one HD and one of the free do's and it's working (i wasn't even aware you could do more than one order actually!)

    There's no one-use disclaimer, and the two offers use the same wording but behave differently. It seems likely that both should work a second time, or neither.

    sometimes I wonder if they want to restrict how much we buy. I get so confused with these offers.

    Hmm. That's odd - I've tried clearing and rebuilding the cart several times, with different configurations of items, and using a different browser. The result is consistently the same - the Select DO offer does not work. I don't know why it would be different for each of us.

    I'll put the items in the cart again and check on them later tonight - perhaps Daz will fix it of their own accord, reported or not.

    Same here, first order worked. On the second order, only the select DO doesnt.

    Also, still no download for my last two (!) orders ...

    and now it's not working. I didn't check out with that cart - but I just tried it again, and only the HD figure is free...none of the DO's I tried are working now. 

    Such is life in DAZ Land. *eye roll* 

    and yep, the three items I purchased earlier tonight aren't showing up in DiM. Although if I go to the product page and click on the "download manager ready and install" (or whatever it is called), it does show up in dim then - takes a couple of seconds but they show and I was able to d/l them.
