    Tried that nothing, dont worry I like all this money I'm saving didn't check out yesterday due to all the reports of overpayment using Paypal and today can't even see the sale, I've got better things to do than hang around waiting. If I have time later and its resolved I may look but it is good to know Daz and the PAs are making enough that they aren't worrried that all the recent problems are losing sales.

    What is the url you're being taken to. It should be https://www.daz3d.com/24-hour-mega-sale If it's not going to that, that sounds like a cache issue since it has been corrected.

    Are there any PayPal problems at the moment???

    Ordered several items a little while ago and the processing window timed out. Received a Paypal email that says the order is pending for compliance review.

    I had the same problem a while ago, and after some delay Paypal reversed the payment. No reason was given, just that there were problems with some payments and they had to be reversed. It sounds as if Paypal is having problems, maybe with Daz, maybe in general. I tried the order again but paid with my cedit card this time and it went through with no problem.

    I did try to contact Paypal support to tell them the transaction was valid andf authorised by me but I seemed to be talking to some extremely dumb script that had very few replies and kept asking if I wanted to cancel a payment, so I gave up.

     

    Same thing happened here. Mostly I was testing with a fairly small amount to see if it would go through. I have used Paypal on other sites since this started, and that worked. There may be something technical happening between the sites that means that information somehow isn't being exchanged properly, or else there's some other issue.

    With a major sale starting next week, that's going to make for some exciting times.

    my platclub coupon for August, 8-20PlatClub, is not working on new items. Did they change the rules again? Its always worked on new items in the past. 

  • I can see the 40% off PC+ for new memebers (I've never had PC+) in the cart itself but it's not applying to the final price :/

    It has been flagged up to Daz; please be aware it is difficult to fix something when it works as expected for some and not others.

    Firstly, it's 08-20 not 8-20.

    Secondly, what are you trying to purchase exactly?

    I'm not entirely sure, but Customer Service should be able to help you especially if you show them the image of your cart with the dates you tried.

    Similar problem trying to purchase pc+ membership.

    Go to pc+ purchase page. Select the 3 month plan (which shows as $24 on the page). Goes in cart. Go to cart, left side shows the discount price as 14.40, right side shows grand total as $24. Refresh page. Now both places show $24. Clear cart. Go back to sales page. Refresh. Repeat process 6X. Same result.

    I was a pc+ member until about a year and a half ago, when I canceled. Just to be sure, went to account page. Shows as canceled long ago.Give up.

    Do they not want me back?

     

    Yeah I am in the same boat, my membership expired awhile ago and I was thinking I should get one next time they are on sale so I have it when all the good holiday deals kick in but it's been two days and no one has fixed this issue. Has anyone had success with this?

    I'm currently unable to complete a purchase using any method. I click on Place Order and "Processing" appears for a saved credit card profile, but it eventually just goes away. PayPal and Amazon seem to do nothing when I hit Place Order.

    Just me?

    I had similar issue when placing order. But it did process 2nd time even though there was no confirmation that came back, but I checked my orders and product library and they are there. So check before you re-try order.

    I'm reluctant to hit Place Order again for fear of duplicate charges.

    It's annoying, I've tried 3 times in the last 24 hours to check out via Paypal. I've got just enough remaining store credit to pay for the store items but it turns out that the offers I have stack to give me 35% off a $100 giftcard, which is a sweet deal. But I don't know when those offers expire so I don't feel I can wait until the issue sorts itself out. I think I'm just going to have to lose the gift card.

    Does anyone know how the interactive licenses work as opposed to the old license? I have a Indie Game Developer License, which is for all Daz products. Is the old inclusive Indie Game Developer License good for all Daz products as it was sold to be? Only through a certain generation/date? At some point do you starting having to buy the new licenses?

    yeah I bought mine before others pulled their PC+ DAZ originals from the store too so very uncertain about usage of those

    I am a long way away from ever making a game,

    I use UE4 for rendering only which need no extra licencing beyond the DAZ EULA but if in the future I cook something for redistribution would like to know.

    is not urgent enough to bother customer support though

    A long way away also. Just got to wondering due to the current license sale.

    Yeah it is annoying, luckily it seems to have not charged my card for if it had double charged, I would be a very unhappy camper..  Have had over the last few months with using Paypal method, that it has not registered the purchase..

    Big problems right now with the sale.  First, couldn't check out for like 90 minutes.  Tried on multiple browsers, every available payment option, and four different machines.  Eventually got the sale to go through, but now the install manager doesn't recognize me.  Wow.

    Yeah managed to order the things I wanted, but having to manually download them as DiM is throwing up download failed now.. sad Just not my day today.. lol

    Try using Ds, you could download things with it too. Both DIM and Daz Central failed with Tara, but Ds could download and install it.

    i'm having a site issue.  anybody else?

    the category links in the blue bar product category menu below the SHOP/TECHNOLOGY/GALLERY/FORUMS etc menu aren't working for me.  and that's a drag--i use that all the time to navigate the site.

    trying to click on 'people and wearables' on the store's front page gives me the TECHNOLOGY link.  trying to select 'places and things' takes me to the GET DAZ STUDIO page.

    the error carries through to product pages.  for example:  the blue bar on a particular environment shows the proper category and subcategory breakdown.  PLACES/STRUCTURES/SMALL STRUCTURES.  but clicking on 'places' there pulls up the TECHNOLOGY page again.

    offhand, i'd guess this is a CSS problem.

    Hm, I'm also getting an error when trying to use the PC coupon 08-20Save6 on two non-new, non DAZ Original items that add up to more than $18.
