Just a heads up, it might be wise to wait as there are no textures with the figure at the moment (at least with my download). I'm assuming that they'll fix it, so I'm holding off on a refund for now, but it's pretty broken.
I put her in the cart by herself and she's USD 41.87. Throw in Arbor Toxicus and she's USD 37.68. That's not so terrible?
ok looks like discounts were fixed. Now the quandry is whether buying the bundle today means there'll be some "owners of viking maiden bundle get X % off the new viking something-else bundle!" tomorrow, and the new bundle tomorrow will be something awesome that I want!
But honestly, out of the Freja 8 viking maiden bundle I like the core figure, and the Aulaire character (which doesn't require Freja 8 at all, so can be picked up on its own down the track). I don't like the hair, and I'm not particularly fond of either of the two outfits, and while the other character is lovely, i have many others similar. So it's a waste of money to get the bundle just for two things and the hope that doing so will discount something tomorrow even further.....right?
I instantly liked Freja, especially her broader shoulders and that there's an option where you can dial them in a bit when mixing with other characters. The clay render promo pic is very appreciated. :) That's what sold me, because the skin and makeup style makes her look too similar to the other Kayleyss G8F girls I have (Tara 2 and Aurore). Freja's shape looks nothing like them.
I only liked one outfit, but I can always pick it up later. I'll see how the day goes before checking out.
This outfit stood out for me, as well. Odd that there isn't a texture set, but the original colours are pretty cool.
I skimmed as effectively as I could for an answer to this, I too what like to know ... DANG, which hair is that? Me wants it, lol. Is it unreleased?
Prices still bouncing around for me. Now back up to over $100.
I'm still debating whether to get the bundle as well. I really like Angel HD, and could find some use for Dynah hair as well (even if there are some hair products around that aren't too different, the braid on the side is the main difference for this one it seems). The Freja character I like, though I rarely have use for muscled characters, so that one is a "would like, but not high on my priority list" for me. Those three things combined are still cheaper than the bundle. I like the other parts of the bundle, I really appreciate their design, but they would be even less something I'd have use for.
And, to get to the root of the problem: it's PC+ Sale! I could spend storecredit and money on stuff that I might not use for the next two years, or I could use it on PC+ bargains that have been high on my wishlist for ages. Just today, I already spotted 7 Plat-for-a-day products like that, and I'm sure there will be more amazing products tomorrow. I guess I'll think it over for a few more hours.
The bundle just jumped up to $97 for me. DAZ, come on, get your act together! For $37, I'll take her off your hands, promise.

The Freja shape creates a bit of a wave on the front of tight tops. The tops are actually intended to form a straight line at the bottom.
(I noticed this with a few other character morphs, too. So Freja is not alone.)
Does anyone know an easy workaround for this?
I have the "Fit Control for Genesis 8" product but that does not seem to have any fitting morph for this particular case.

We don't all see it that way. Not to mention a mucch more attractive price.
As you say, always a big problem with the bodybuilder morphs. Sometimes you can get a slight correction by using the up/down rectus abdominis 3rd party morphs.
Interesting Freja 8 character. Maybe HD sku and sub-characters might appear tomorrow.
Such a unique character! Comes complete with a full set of Maps that are inactive, three skin SSS settings, three translucencies...and NOTHING ELSE! If you're looking for a character unlike the rest of the gals in your creative stable, look no further than this stripped-down Norse maiden!

Hey, you don't suppose this has anything to do with using Daz Central instead of DIM, does it? I only ask because I've had problems with Daz Central from time to time that I never had with DIM. Probably just me.

Try using the Sternum Height under Breast Adjusters on Fit Control. Should help a bit.
I tried all 3 methods, Daz Central, DIM and manual download, no luck with missing materials etc for Freja.
Just to save folks the bother.

Thanks. It did actually help to remove that "peak" on the Muay Thai Top (image 2). It looks like the top in image 1 then.
I got the whole bundle by adding the horns texture set. Not the horns. I have and will not have any use for that. Which also applies for the textures. but its easier to throw away $1.90. Brings the bundle down to $39 something. I would have got the Dynah hair, Angel HD and Freja 8, which is just a few $ cheaper....
Well, at least till about 10-12 after Daz-midnight if you ask me. Prices tend to be more settled by that time, purple banners should've shown up by then as well, and I rarely see any flash sales that might combine great with whatevers' new for the day before 10 AM Daz-time either.
Any idea when we can expect a fix? A bit frustrating when you get something new and cannot really use it. Be it a car, an electronic device, or a piece of DAZ content
I really wish for DAZ to return to regular Pro Bundles. I don't care if they are still themed, the pricing is what is bothering. This bundle only gives 31% over the price of its individual items. Pro bundles give 50%. Egypt ones i think were around 40%, so we are going from bad to worst very fast.
And this time, no purple banner and no additional "main character release" promotion.
