    My PC membership still shows as cancelled, I am missing 6.00 from my store credit ( screen shot prior to store shutdown to veryfy) and DIM is not showing anythin in the ready to download tab yet.  I am guessing these issues are all being worked on at this moment?

  • I realize the store will take some more time to settle down and have the bugs ironed out ... but just in case it hasn't been noticed {haven't seen mention made yet} ... not all of the items in the Product Library are available to be seen let alone downloaded. The Product List is there ... but one just gets the java circle going 'round and 'round.

    I have reported this one.

    Okay, I forgot to flush out one of the caching layers.

     

    New store is like new shoes, you gotta break it in.

    My PC membership is correct now and the PC forum shows, but still no PC discounts or prices.

    PC+ Expiration date is correct, but mine still shows as canceled. I will give it some more time and then log out and in again.

    The expiration date now seems okay, and there's a link to cancel it now, but the status text still says cancelled.

  • Discounts are now appearing in my cart again, but they are off. https://www.daz3d.com/z-walking-and-running-pose-mega-set for example is $4.24 in the store, but in my cart is $8.48.

    Now there are two catch-up sale banners. The original one, and the extended one.

  • I could be wrong but since we can get back into the PC Forum, the memberships are working now :-) I'm thinking that all "cancelled" means is that it is not auto-renewing. Indeed my page doesn't even show that option as available {which is fine, I don't use auto-renew}.

    Platinum forum is working, but discounts aren't. Also coupons are missing.

    My PC membership is back and can access Plat forum  but it still says cancelled and DIM is working for downloads now ....now just waiting for store credit page and amount to get fixed.

  • Mine is also still cancelled (though I do have forum access).

    Even if the prices do get fixed, I have absolutely zero faith that I will be able to actually get them.

    On another subject, the SKU column is blank on previous Orders. The (new?) print order button shows the actual price paid per item (that's a good thing!) Was that there before? Last I remember there was an Invoice button that lead to cryptic sales data. Only the e-mail receipt showed the right prices.
