The Help Desk is not working.
I tried to check on a ticket that I submitted but it gave me an error page.
Crap.... When I initially read the comment, I thought it (simply) meant that any EXISTING comments wouldn't be carried over, so I snapshotted my pages of categories to "redo" them. Reading that comment S-L-O-W-L-Y gave me the sad "aha" moment that they were DROPPED!! [Would have been nice had some CUSTOMER feedback been sought befopre the redesign.] Nevertheless, a HUGE 'Thank You' and Kudos to Ati and Overdrawn for giving us that feature for as long as they did!!!!!
Same issue with PC+ Membership, posted in the other thread but chiming here as well.
As previously posted, issue is the expiration date being for year 0000.
Hope it's fixed soon and the SAle extended to accommodate all of us affected by this issue.
yeah i also lost my membership too O.o, hope they extend it too.
I think my credit balance is messed up also. It shows a current date in 2016! I bought some credit today and that purchase should be at the top of the list.
Sounds like a good feature the extension might be able to bring back, if you ask me. :)
@jakiblue mentioned something similar here - I think perhaps the calendar on the store credit is rolling in reverse... starting with most recent and working backwards - it's like an Original Star Trek episode

Mssing the last item I purchased (OSO Alien Scenery, on 10/24 from my Product Library,.. The purchase shows up in my Recent orders (as "Unknown"), but not in my product library.. I do have the DAZ order confirmation and my PAypal receipt....
My PC+ membership shows canceled and the expiration date year is 0000. Also, the Build Your Own Bundle is not working. 8 items are at the $1.99 price and not discounting to the $2.99. Also, I posted in "There's Always Another Sale" but it doesn't appear to have posted. Lots of bugs to work out. We are probably just at the tip of the iceberg. Good luck. It's bed time so I will have to see where things are at in the morning.
Oh, and there is no option to list items in our wish list.

It looks like the store credit math is running in one direction and the transaction dates run in another (I think?). Plus the amount given as my current balance (an odd amount, not like $100 or something) repeats numerous times in the listing. Wow.
Add me to the lost PC+ membership group also. On the positive note, the product page seems to be back to normal. Thank you for that.
:sigh: waiting for the 0000 date fix so I can get back my remaining three days of PC membership and finish shopping/renewing before the sale ends.
The DAZ Deals browser plugin is broken; checkboxes for W/L items and Hide PC+ items are missing...
same here. DIM isn't able to find/download any products I bought before the upgrade. All of my orders show as status: Unknown.
Is anyone able to make any purchases? Or is that part of the site still down? Just tried buying something, go to place the order, and got an error saying "OK" followed by a line of numbers. Items are still in the cart so... I don't think it went through.

I just got the old "Hold on a sec while we log you out..." That was disappointing. I was hoping that would be fixed.
We are aware of the PC Membership and working on it.
the transactions are listed from oldest to newest and there's no way to change it. I am positive my store credit balance should be a bit higher (only by about $20 or so), currently going through my email purchases to figure it out. The balance showing is the same as the oldest transaction there, so that's why I'm concerned something has happened to it.
I haven't checked orders or purchases to see if that is listed backwards also, oldest to newest.
I went to manually download some products I paid for and many don't come up; the product library just spins instead of pulling up the product. I can't tell off-hand if there's a pattern to which items pull up and which don't.
I hope the catch-up sale lasts until after the PC memerships issue is fixed.
Under store credit in my Account page, the Store Balance Column appears to be listed in ascending order, whilst the Balance Change and Date columns are in Decending order. I'm pretty sure in my case the resulting current balance is correct.
I can't make any sense of the store credit page. It's like everything is just in a completely random order.

My store credit balance is not correct. I took a screenshot before the update and after the update it is about $30 less.
Edit to add: The detailed info on the store credit page is very confusing. It doesn't make sense to me.
They reversed it. The recent stuff is now at the bottom of the list.
