Anyone else having problems conneting to download new purchases today?
I can't connect with DIM or Connect through DAZ Studio.

I can't login to DIM at all.
Same here, I think its the whole DAZ upgrade the day before major election saga, arghhh, of all the days guess we have to wait and be patient at least we know the results of this xxx

Now I can log in, but it doesn't show any of my purchases from this morning. UHG.
Yes -- seems the work done yesterday caused havoc throughout most areas of their system. Can't get to either DIM or DAZ Central.
I guess all we can hope for is the resolve it quickly. Sometimes I get the impression the DAZ company is heavy on the sales and light on the technical personel.
I also noticed the order number my order today has a different format. They must have made some major changes over the weekend.
Daz Connect works, Metadata updated 4000 products this morning.
DIM is slow but works
DIM thumbnails are bigger now.
Yes, it appears it is talking to their server, but it isn't picking up new products purchased earlier today. It also dropped some other products I had previously purchased. And, DIM isn't picking up any of my products purchased today.
Looks like DIM is now working. YES!
Daz Connect was updating over 10,000 of my installed products. I noted the "installed" product count before starting the update: 15968. The count after the update was 15959 so a few products dropped off, but I have no idea what they are...
If the missing products is because of the larger missing products issue from last month, I'll be able to find them by looking for broken shortcuts (Links) in my DAZ Studio Formats Library (shortcuts are broken, the files exist in the product folder in "Daz Connect Library\Data\Cloud", and the product is missing from Smart Content Tab), but it would take a long time to manually going through my DAZ Studio Formats Library looking for broken short cuts.
You had mentioned some products not available Daz Connect earlier, and discovered these three products you posted are showing the problem above.

Edit: I just checked and these three products are still MIA from the Smart Content Tab, even though they were previously installed via Daz Connect.
I can log into DIM, but it shows nothing in Ready to Download. I tried the refresh button twice, but nothing came in. Still empty. All my already installed content shows in the Installed tab, but none of my uninstalled content from my Product Library is showing in the Ready to Download. I have new stuff that I want to install, but I can't because it's not showing in DIM. I don't use Connect or DAZ Central. I use DIM only.
I triggered a refresh in my DIM by trying to install via DIM in my account page order items
I've logged in to DIM. Downloaded products that I bought on Saturday. Got a notification about an update. Updated DIM. Signed in, and (after a little wait) downloaded Monday's purchases (all 2MB - lol).
Daz Central comes up for me, but with no products. Just shows bridges and external links. Same for DIM - no products.

Any estimated time for resolution?
Ann, can you tell us if the issues of missing/uninstalled products in Smart Content will go away once they get things fixed?
Still not able to use Daz Central or DIM ... Anybody else?
It was working, then it wasn't, then it was, then it wasn't. I still can't get to my newly purchased products in Smart Content DIM is working for me right at this minute, but it is SLOW.
Still not working for me yet. I just tried it a minute ago. I refreshed DIM, but still no Ready to Download content. All my installed things show in the Installed tab, but I can't download or install because my Ready to Download tab is empty. Same for me - I've tried on three occasions over the last 5 hours but same (lack of) result every time.
I jsut tested DIM, DazCentral and Daz Connect and all three launched got my latest purchases and were able to download without issues.
I'll see if there are any errors being reported in the server logs if you are still having issues.
Just tested with DIM, still nothing on the Downloads tab. I can see the dsx files updating in the DIM Downloads folder but that's all. Log says this:

I earlier reported this in the Store Issues thread:
...looks like the "_products" json object in the Product Library isn't being terminated with a semicolon:
