I think they have it sorted out now. My database had to be rebuilt, but it seems to have all my content.
It's interesting that when I sort Smart Content by order date, it has no correlation to when I placed the orders. I think that's probably related to their change in the order number format.
Not sorted out for some -- DIM has not been working since a week ago Saturday. Each time I try and use it to download new purchases , I get this log entry:

HMMM My Smart Content has messed up big time... Had a LOT of updates of meta data today when I opened it, and after that the sorting tabs are totally messed up. I've attached a few screenshots to show what I mean.
My preferred way to sort is through Order Date - Most recent. But that is impossible right now, because not even the products I bougth TODAY is in the top of that sorting. Only way to get those products at top is to sort with Install Date - Most recent, and that is still messed up as not most recent ones are at top there...
Just want to know if others have noted this as well, I plan to file a ticket but wanted to check in here first :)
Just frustrating, DIM hasn't been working over a week now. This is what I get. I've stopped purchasing products just to be safe.

Same error for me. Nothing in my purchases since one week. I downloaded DIM again (V1.4.0.64) but still the same error
The server is not down, it's just delivering the product list that seems to fail unpredictably - sometimes it works for some, sometimes for others, for some not at all. I started downloading with DIM at about this time yesterday, so it's been downloading consistently for 24 hours now without problems other than a number of files have failed to download. So the connection itself seems to be rock stable, with no timeouts or anything.
Well, something broke when they did the work a week ago Sunday.
Well, it's Monday morning, and so far DIM isn't downloading everything... again.
DAZ Studio Smart Content seems to be downloading from CMS.
I'm old, and retired, but if DAZ would work out a deal with me for free products in exchange for getting up in the middle of the night to test their changes, I'd happily do it if it meant users didn't have to deal with this sort of stuff. I'm serious. I would.
And afetr having nothing to download via DIM a week or so back, to having items, I am now back to having zero items to download, despite a few recent purchases. Good grief!
And downloads in DIM are back for me.
Looks like it is all working for me too. Both DIM and CMS.
And manual zip file download, which was working all day, is now broken.
