Woke up to thunder , went to turn on tv to see weather channel. Then realized I couldn't see the dog. She likes to sleep in the tv room. I finally track her down to our bedroom. I must have walked past her but it's so dark still I didn't see her. I'm now in the chair with her pressed to my leg. Poor baby is shaking with every rumble. She didn't use to be scared of thunder but it's been so long since we had a big thunderstorm.

Made it early to the north Raleigh ministries volunteer thing. Well not exactly as I am at the local Starbucks charging my phone that I forgot to charge last night. I just have to head over in five minutes to get there on time.

Barely awake.. urgh, scrambled eggs, sausage, a jalapeno cheddar biscuit, hash brown, milk and a large coffee! I should wake up soon!

80f outside, 80% humidity. Not a good day to go outside!!! :blank:

Playing with shaders today.. need to improve my surfacing techniques. :)

    ..nom nom sip sip..

*edit* Found a nice place for Aiko to live, the Japanese corridors/bedroom.. on sale too! I already have Vickys place, and a few other spots throughout Ruttsville. I need (eventually) to whip up the Shadowlands and Elfhaven, but that's far later in the story (heh heh).

Mmmmm jalapeno cheddar biscuit.. OMG I'M AWAKE! :ahhh: :bug:

I bought the Japanese corridor too. Samuel's evil Uncle needed a place to live to plot evil deeds for his ninja horde to perform.
It's been raining/storming off and on this morning. Managed to sneak in breakfast between storms. The dog is calmer now that both of us are up and it's not thundering as often.

headache is gone. Dad interrupts me when I am trying to explain the technical details of the wireless and local windows network. After the 5th time he still doesn't understand because he keeps interrupting me! I say three words then he says, "How do I copy folders? What is the difference between the modem and router? The wifi password and Microsoft password? Do I use both to log in?" I'm like, "Can I finish my introduction first??" And he claims to be in no rush. arg No wonder he doesn't get along with many people.

Ah, then it is probably because you had made exactly the same post once before. The built in spam filter seems to think that anyone who says the same thing more than once is a spam bot.

You can't post exactly the same thing when beginning a post, it remembers and rejects it. Just add an extra period or something.
I think it's supposed to cut down on robot spam. :)

...wishlisted for now. Will work great for the part of the KK's story when she is at the Kyoto Dojo.

Here's an experimental render: The Peria character, using the Amber Glass shader, a leather shader on the Dark Sisterhood outfit, in the Mortal Land environment. Render time: 10 minutes.

...achy Caturday morning. Damp cool, drizzly, may not even make it to 70° unless we get some sun breaks (currently 62°). Had to pull a jacket out of the closet for the first time in over a month.

I suppose so.. right now it's just playtime, I feel kind of "meh" myself after a beer shopping run.. might have a bit of a lie-down. Hot and humid, terrible combination.. 87F, 59% humidity.. :long:

When it does that to me, I give it an extra hit on the Enter key and then it saves the post. Don't know why...don't want to know why.

back from lunch. A few minutes ago I had to examine the prices for one of my orders on Daz store. I forgot that I bought an item that costs $12.95. I thought it was a Daz Original and a 30% discount would apply.

    edit:
I'm going to contact Daz customer support because I remembered that I have a similar product. I forgot all about the other product. No reason for me to have almost the exact same product for Genesis 2 installed especially when I am low on cash.

...I'll admit, it does make her look more sinister. If you have any of the Creature Creator enhancements might want to use a few of them too.

I'm looking to use this particular shader for my Superhero character (appropriately named) "Amber".

It happens sometimes when I make a post that is totally new, not a repeat of something I've posted exactly before! There are few times when I say exactly the same thing to one person that I said to another. About the only exception I can think of is Happy Birthday. But even that is not exactly the same, because I always include the name of the person to whom I am sending the wishes. Oh, I know...when I put "+1". That's not very often, but I have done it once or twice.

...for me simply saying "thanks" or "thank you" tend to cause it to happen.
