    Bundle was entirely too expensive, but I bought the Bulldog morph and poses separately. The jacket is in my wishlist.

    Chaterine, Did you try setting "PR Interpolation Segment Length" to 1. I don't see much difference, but it uses a lot less resources.

    It's a shame Daz doesn't update their older dogs with dForce Fur.  Next to the bulldog, they look kinda flat.

    is there any reason you cannot use the Bulldog Dforce hair on other breeds and swap out the maps?

    I don't have it yet to test

    I don't know.  Strand-based hair can be mapped to specific parts of the body.  It doesn't necessarily cover all of it.  Different dogs might have different mappings, so what's good for the bulldog, may not look as good on another dog.

    Am I doing something wrong? The fur looks like crap when doing large pixel size renders for close ups. I can still use the dog for scenes where it's smaller in size relative to the overall image, then the distortions don't show.

    This was my attempt at a pug. (I think it's 40% English Bulldog HD, 60% French Bulldog HD, 20% Pitbull by AM, 50% Pitbull Massive Body, 50% Husky Fur HD, 83.5% !Ears Floppy [Base Only].) I tried to curl the tail with the tail bones and I think the proper coat coloring would've sold this better than just using the French Bulldog "Fawn" coat.

    Looking pretty good. Maybe the eyes could be make larger?

    Okay, used some more morphs for the head, eyes, and chest. I still feel it's missing something, but I feel it's getting closer. Thank you for the suggestions.

     

    To clarify, I want to see what Baxter and the other dogs bring to the Dog 8 gene pool. Can I make more believable flat-faced dogs with them, and other morphs I've got?
