So for those free items being sent out... do they stay in our library indefinitely after we download them? The phrasing makes it seems like we have to download it now and can't do so again later.

As far as I know you have to claim them within the set period, then they are in your account
I got of those last year and installed them with DIM. Besides showing as purchased in product page, this is how it looks now in my library.

How do you claim them? Some people have mentioned that they disappear even if you log in.
Did they say you would get 4 items? Did you get all the items they promised? Just wondering.

Yep. I've already spent almost all of the Gift cards I purchased for MM.
I think i got 3, or at least i remember 3. The chamber, Dolly and Lauren hair. Each time i entered DIM and installed it.
I wonder why some people only get 1 item (even though they were promised more), and sometimes they disappear. Weird.
Is the store balking on payments again? I kept getting the "error occurred with your transaction" message. And now I am just getting a swirlie and "Processing" for minutes at a time. Fortunately I have a picture of my cart so I can submit a ticket.
EDIT: checked my card & transaction went through, but Daz still thinks I havem't checked out the cart. I opened a ticket with screenshots, so hopefully CS can sort this out.
Got "an error occurred while processing" three times while using Debit Card. Instead of hitting back button, what worked for me was the luck of the Irish (I'm not Irish) ... or ... to click edit cart at page bottom, do nothing, click proceed to checkout and try again. Watched the wheels spin on black ice for a bit, but after three tries it did finally process.
Edit: checked the orders and I was only charged once.
I'm trying to view VOOTW's vendor page, but there's nothing there. I'm using the link Daz 3D | 3D Models and 3D Software by Daz 3D from the page for Vo Rose for Genesis 8.1 Female | 3D Models and 3D Software by Daz 3D Hiding/Unhiding owned makes no difference. Nothing shows up.
Searching the store using the term VOOTW turns up 4 items. There is a similar problem with the vendor B.E.T.T.Y, except the Daz 3D | 3D Models and 3D Software by Daz 3D link off a product page goes to an OOPS. Does the store have a problem with all-caps vendor names?
Weirdly the filter the main page option works fine, but only works as an address in caps. So THIS WORKS and shows product, but this doesn't and shows 0.
So I guess it's some weird capitalization something?
You can use the Artist filter on the main shop page. This presumes that it catches everything, which appears to be the case for those two.
There are certainly ways of finding them, and actually, the store search is much less awful than it was for a while. However, that doesn't mean that the links on the product pages shouldn't work for these vendors like they do for others. What's more, I'm fairly certain the link did work a couple of days ago when I purchased Vo Rose, and wanted to look at other items by this vendor.
I agree 100%. All links should work for all vendors, otherwise they aren't getting the service they pay for. I am surprised that these two are still not functional after, what, two or three months since they first appeared? Conversely, there are a couple that show some products on their store link, but don't even have a filter in their name on the main shop page.
Has anyone submitted help requests about the vendor link errors? There is a website category under Technical Support that you can select for things like this.
No. I reported the issue in the "Report Issues Here" thread. If Daz doesn't care, and the vendors don't care, it doesn't fall upon us customers to sort out their affairs.
Glad you were able to get your cart. I wish the Luck of the Irish had worked for me & I'd gotten the items, but I guess 100+ years & 5 generations means it's too diluted to help me. Still considering buying at least the most wanted item from the cart at it's current full price and asking Daz to refund me the difference between that and yesterday's sale price.
(I know from experience that going to my card issuer won't help. Since it's a pending/hold transaction they'll tell me "Just wait a week and the system will drop the hold automatically.")
dForce Nana Style Outfit for Genesis 8 Female(s) is in the PCFAD list showing $2.99, but full price in the cart.
It's full price on the page too. So I guess it's lost all discount for some reason? (though it did an hour or so ago)
Though actually now checking the PCFAD sale page it's been removed entirely, which may be because it was part of it the day before?
There were several PCFAD in today's bunch that were also in yesterday's, some of which had stacked discounts. That outfit was from yesterday's sale. I think most, if not all of those, have had their prices adjusted out of the PCFAD category. So I'm guessing those weren't intended to be in today's sale.
I don't recall that one from yesterday, and although all of yesterday's were still in the list, I didn't try any others simply because I had picked them over already. That said, the list has been trimmed down to what it should have been.

Not anymore you don't. Some stuff wasn't removed at changeover and was snuck out during the day.
Subway tunnel environment isn't getting the extra 70% off in my cart, even though I bought a newly mad release two days ago.
